when Frisco Styers father placed his wifes family owned company in jeopardy thru mismanagement and gambling a takeover bid is launched by Lucas McCanna. After Lucas meets Frisco to discuss the takeover he decides he also wants Frisco as well as the company. The usual battle of wits ensues with the usual HEA to follow.

A nice easy read.
