Classic comic strip. Still makes me laugh after three decades. Just like Peanuts, the ultimate form of humor and wisdom lies not in the language but the expressions, movements and absurdity. Thank you Mr. Alfonso Wong and Mr. Charles M. Schulz. You live in my heart not by your titles but merely your names.
really funny comics reflecting Hong Kong in the 1960s' and 1970s'social and communitry problems. It's for both children and adults but I would recommended to Hong Kong people only. But I would encourage other nationalities of people, but it would be hard to understand.
Dad forced me to read it. I don’t know how to read chinese even tho I told him many times but I ended up reading it since he told me I could just look at the pictures.. he explained to me what it meant on pages. The book was funny and me and my dad ended up laughing on some pages. Would read all volumes and really recommend.
Real rating: 4.2/10 In short it is the Chinese version of the Beano, or single page Archie comics. In no way outstanding or insightful outside of possibly practicing your Chinese if you are a beginner.
