My 7 year old son recently borrowed this book from his school library.

This non-fiction books gives you information about eels along with colorful photographs to go along with each page. It is simple text that discusses what eels are, their body parts, what the do, and where they live.

My son needed no help with reading or understanding the information given. A good read for children that like non-fiction.

This book does what non-fiction books seldom do: It is written so that beginning readers can read it. It contains good information. It is interesting. And the photograph illustrations are fabulous.
