Straight-Shooting History with Backbone
O’Neal delivers a solid, no-frills account of the Arizona Rangers that’s as tough and disciplined as the men it honors. This isn’t just a roll call of names—it’s a well-researched dive into the grit, politics, and purpose behind the Rangers’ short-lived but impactful run. If you’re into frontier justice and real-deal lawmen, this book earns its badge. Great research resource for an upcoming novel too.
