fun
Such a great resource for practicing German. Although it more of a beginner level than intermediate I’d say. But perhaps I’m further along in my German studies than I’d realized.
On top of that, the stories were actually fun to read rather than just being purely educational.

If you asked an AI agent to write 4 page stories in German using vocabulary and concepts from a B1 level, you would get this book. I rather suspect that is exactly how this book came to be.
The stories were horrible (fruchtbar!) and had an 'if you work hard and believe in yourself, you can succeed and make a better world' trope without making it believable. I started to wonder what the AI author understood or thought about the human condition, but I try not to anthropomorphize the thing.
This book does use B1 level vocabulary and concepts in a repetitive manner to help them sink in. I did expand my vocabulary and improved my comprehension. I might even reread to see if the stories are easier for me now.
I don't know if I would recommend exactly, just know what you're getting. There are better readers out there.
