Mickey’s psychiatrist anticipates an uphill struggle, whilst the police hit an unexpected snag. Alex and Jennifer reach a stand-off in which Lisa ends up being the victim; revenge, however, is sweet. Michelle has a promising audition to attend, and while Parker and Jim debate who should say what to who, Mickey receives a phone call telling him that things are even worse than he’d imagined.

Despite admonitions from Parker and her mother, Linda is committed to her chosen path - although a disagreement over the wedding arrangements gives her pause for thought. Against his better judgment, Parker enlists help, and Jim has a nice surprise for Mickey and Michelle ... or so he thinks. Alex has a surprise for Linda also, and Jennifer embarks on an interesting new relationship.

Jim, Mickey and Michelle each experience Valentine’s Day very differently, although it’s climax is something of a shock to all concerned. When Jim, Mickey and Alex visit Linda at the studio the following weekend, however, love is most definitely not in the air ...
