This book walks readers through the process of making bread. Each page in the book is dedicated to a specific step in the process. It goes from planting and harvesting the wheat, to the wheat turning into flour, and how the flour is distributed to stores and bakeries, and then the baking process of how bread is made. I believe this book is intended for audiences aged 5-9. Unless, we were going have a baking unit I most likely wouldn't directly use this book in my classroom. It would probably be a choice time book.
