I've been working with dream interpretation for almost two decades now and this is still my favorite book to recommend on the topic. Its not perfect, and Lukeman's way of looking at the meaning of dreams is not the only way, but it is a great place to start. Rather than a book full of symbols and set meanings, Lukeman demonstrates that there are no set meanings for dream images but that, instead, the images in our dreams are our own language and that the task is really to begin to listen to that language and comprehend it on deeper and deeper levels. I still use today many techniques I learned from this book.
