Most of it is great advice, though in the second half it goes on and on with 'scripts' for sales calls, sales meetings, etc. that are all very, very similar. On the whole, lots learnt.

A lot of people dislike Brad Sugars, but he is someone who has taken his tools and put them to work in countless businesses of his own.

After seeing him in Adelaide, being impressed by his authority, I picked up Instant Cashflow. It gives an overview of the core system he uses for helping businesses owners create a profitable business.

But while he touches on the tools in that book [Instant Cashflow], it's books like this one that give readers a comprehensive toolkit.

With my background in sales, I see how even some tiny changes would make a difference in profits. I look forward to testing these ideas out in both my businesses.

This book had a few good key points that will be very useful, but there were several typos and the book was rather redundant. On the plus side it made it very quick to read as I was able to skim over quite a bit of the book that repeated itself. It was still a good use of my time for the few main points that were gleaned from the book.

Easy to follow and some good suggestions that you can implement almost straight away. There was a lot of repetition and parts that weren't relevant that I found myself skipping over. Overall a good quick read for the amount I learnt from it.
