Following up her popular backlist title, Just a Note to Say . . ., the author offers guidelines, advice, and models for crafting winning business notes, e-mail, cards, and faxes to make a good impression on dozens of occasions. 15,000 first printing.
I did not enjoy this book. Some of this dissatisfaction stems from that times have already changed (my version has e-mail as a newcomer) and some of this was that it takes a good idea of personal and meaningful communication and stretches it out much longer than what it needs to be.
I first saw this cute little book when I was shopping for wedding invitations. I think personal, esp. written, correspondence is so important and the author shares excellent ideas for incorporating it into the business world. This book would make a nice gift for college grads.
