Pine Ridge Chronicles, is a small-town romance series, inspired by Hallmark movies I watched before the holidays. My heroines grew up in this small town, Pine Ridge:
Evelyn tries to learn how to let go of her control-freak tendencies.

Olive, comes from a long line of small-town politicians and commitment to the family legacy.

Veronica ... she is my rebel. Against her parents’ will, she got tattoos, learned to ride a motorcycle, and refused to go to college.

Summer, she’s my laid-back girl, good with animals, and people often go to her for advice she feels completely unqualified to give. She’s fully convinced everything will work out in the end.

Amber is a successful author. She writes books for kids just old enough to start reading chapter books. Years of neglecting romantic endeavors for her career’s sake have finally gotten to her: now she can’t seem to write anything. If she could just get it out of her system somehow, she could go back to drafting kids’ stuff…
And of course, you'll get to also meet their HEROS!

Amber and Sam's story is the fifth book in the series and it fun, cute with a sexy heat that makes you smile and melt at the same time.

I love how Amber, a writer, gets rid of her writer's block.

Amber is struggling with a form of writer's block. She is a middle school-aged author and is currently caught in a smut writing rut. Sam adores his daughter, so of course, he is taking her to her favorite author's book signing. Sam didn’t expect to connect with Amber, but their chemistry was natural.

I liked this book. Amber was a cute character. I love that her struggle was writer's block or a form of. I liked Sam; he was a great leading guy. Elsie was cute, and I liked that she was a reader.

The chemistry was pretty immediate, and the connection was deep. I would have liked to have had more time with these characters, but I also love how Zoe is building the scene for the wedding. I am enjoying this sweet series so much.

This is part of the Pine Ridge Chronicles Series and is Amber's story. This series is similar to a Hallmark movie. Can be read as a standalone, but is more enjoyable as a set because of the interconnecting characters. Amber is the writer in the bunch and has been suffering writer's block. As of lately, she only seems to be able to write smut, and she is afraid she will tarnish her reputation. Her life takes a dramatic change when she meets Samuel. They meet when he brings his daughter to her book signing. They are instantly connected, and he proves to be the answer to her writer's block. He also becomes her wedding date. Amber writes adventures for young kids, but is having a major writers block. Sam and his daughter Elsie have come to town for the author book reading and signing when they meet her in the bakery. The characters develop nicely and Elsie is addictive with her energy. The storyline pulls you in as the directions keep changing. Loved the chemistry between the three of them. Definitely want a lot more of this story.

This book is another charming addition to the Pine Ridge Chronicles Series which features Amber, a well known children’s author who has writer’s block except for adult content, and Sam, a single parent who brings his daughter Elsie into town for a book reading and signing by Amber. The three of them meet in a bakery before the signing and Amber and Sam are immediately attracted to each other. This sweet book is a wonderful addition to the series and is highly enjoyable.

Amber and Samuel meet when he takes his daughter to her book signing in Pine Ridge. They have an instant connection and he helps her with her writer's block. It's an entertaining addition to the series and gives Amber her date for the upcoming wedding. It's well written, moves quickly and smoothly and I enjoyed reading.

Amber is a writer of middle-grade novels, and she has a bad case of writer’s block. Well, she writes, but not what children should read.
Sam takes her daughter to Pine Ridge to a reading and book signing of her favourite author.
It was kind of a fun read. I laughed thinking about poor Sam reading what she wrote that night.

Love the small town setting because you always have those few residents that like to butt in and offer their advice. Great characters and makes for interesting reading as they work their way toward romance. It is never easy. Good read.

A cute, sweet romance that was to read. It was a great storyline. It's a light-hearted romance even with the drama. I loved the meet cute between Samuel and Amber in the bakery. The book is entertaining and a short, quick read that leaves you with a smile.

This is the sixth book in the Pine Ridge Chronicles. We are introduced to Amber the middle grade writer, who has an upcoming book signing. Samuel & his daughter arrive in town for the event. Their chance encounter in the bakery leads to a chain of events. Samuel will be her plus 1 for the imminent wedding.
