Excellent primer on street photography, love the narrative angle Brown takes on keeping things light, readable and easy to digest; it all adds up to a quick and informative read; highly recommended.
The book feels right. It’s nothing new in terms of learning about street photography but it is wonderful to hear what’s going on inside the mind of a street photographer like Stuart. Fast and friendly read. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.
The book is full with beautiful, inspiring photos. It is not focused on the technical side but on how you think as a street photographer. The beautiful photos are as a result of dedication, planning and putting a lot of effort and time. The result is amazing photos.
This is about the intuitive than the actual mechanistic details of the craft. I thoroughly enjoyed it -- thought-provoking & leaves room for the student to connect with their inner camera lens. Highly recommend.
Great insights to photographing out on the street. Many suggestions that I will put to use. I cannot wait to get out on the street and put this book to good use.
