In OFF KEY, we follow Paige as she spends the summer with her grandma Lula (who was my favorite character). Grandma Lula spoils Paige and takes her to the Santa Express. While on the train, Paige has a seizure and has a vision of a train derailing. Afterward, she goes to meet Madam Blanche who is friends with Grandma Lula and Madam Blanche reveals that she senses strong power in Paige. Paige reveals her birthmark, and Madam Blanche gives her a key to control her power. We then see Paige as she starts school, Grandma Lula has passed away, and Paige is trying to comprehend this fact. She discovers that the Santa Express has derailed, fulfilling her vision over the summer. Paige grows up and falls in love, and she finds that her power can stop a train derailment when used. Her husband takes her to see Madam Blanche for her honeymoon, but Madam Blanche has also passed. Her daughter, however, tells her fortune and also sees the power that Madam Blanche saw in Paige. Without giving any more away, Paige soon realizes that this power could potentially cost her everything. This was a fun and quick read. The plot was unique and exciting! I highly recommend this book to those that love excitement and thrills! Well done on yet another masterpiece Patricia!!!!! ❤

as a child loved those trains but loved granny lulas so much more .. the love of trains goes back to granny lulas obsession of them sweet trains.
So much happens on train rides. And sometimes she doesn't have to be on the train.
Paige loved spending time with her granny lulas.
Whom she calls mom mom ..
One day. They take a trip to madam Blanche
From there things for Paige seem to change in her young life. Things she didn't understand seem to fit better. As time goes on. The Vist to madam will show her things she couldn't imagine. But in the future could mabey save a life.
Paige will see things in her life differently from all others around her. Evil and good.

Train Whistle
Everyone loves a story about trains, and let me tell you this one will give you shivers up your spine. Paige comes from a long line of soothsayers and hers just happen to involve trains. It's evil at it's finest. It might make you think twice about boarding a train. A must read for you all.

What an amazing short story this was!!
The characters were awesome! I loved reading and getting to know them!
The storyline was incredibly well written and very addicting! It was full of mystery, suspense and edge of my seat strangeness and I highly recommend this read!!

This was awesome!
A romance gone bad. A new beginning and finding new friends. Using your ability for good with friends and feeling good about yourself. Finding your soul mate and being happy for the first time in years. Then to have it all come crashing down, because hatred and jealousy took over an old love. Hatred so deep that kill was the answer. Then a spark of light in the pitch black darkness and you knew you were going to be all right or are you?
Full of mystery, suspense and paranormal, this kept me turning the pages to see what was next. A must read!
