This 100% unofficial Minecraft chapter book is packed with all the action, adventure, and humor a young gamer could wish for! Get ready for the second book in the hilarious Diary of a Minecraft Wolf series. Winston is a Minecraft wolf on a to become best SECRET AGENT Minecraft has ever seen! When a distress signal from the Drowned requests urgent undercover help, he jumps at the chance to prove his skills. It's time for an underwater adventure! Can Winston and his junior agent, Brian, recover the stolen item before anything more sinister happens?
This story is about a wolf going on his next mission to uncover the mystery of the lost Enchanted Book. At first, Winston got bored because he was done with his first mission. Then, his mom brought him to her office and advised to look at the BARK radar to check for any missions. So luckily, he found out that the Drowned needed help to find a very special item that was stolen. In my opinion, this story teaches us how to help people. I like how Winston showed compassion when he paid close attention to the needs and concerns of the Drowned. He didn't hesitate to help them because this tenacious secret agent wouldn't give up no matter what came his way. I learned that helping people is important because this is what God teaches us to do. - Abram C.
The more I read these and got to know the characters, the more I enjoyed reading these books with my son. Winston is a cute wolf pup with a quirky personality. I love the dynamics between him and Brian (who's name is not Brian).
My 8 year old son kept asking me to keep reading whenever we'd finished a chapter. And now that we've read all three books, I have a feeling we might be in for a reread in the near future.
This book was not really my style. I like playing Minecraft and thought this book was very accurate to the game but the story was a bit confusing and hard to follow. I probably won't read anymore from this series. This series might be better suited to younger readers around 7 years old.
