I freaking love this story.🥰 Shige and Shin are so perfect for each other, nothing can come between them... right? 🔪
This volume was great. I love where the story went but why did it have to end like that?! 😭 Iwant need to know what Shige's reaction to Shin's little confession is. He must have been feeling guilty because... well, what was all that? 🥵🥵 He's so adorable, though, how can anyone not fall in love with him. Shige's gonna lose it and I can't wait. 5 stars.

This volume went absolutely INSANE. oh my god. I feel so bad for Shin. The guilt is probably going to eat at him. Kind of mad at Tatara for doing that, but I'm here for the juicy juicy drama. Also these volumes just get hornier and hornier. Hard to believe Shin was so scared and shy in the beginning of this series. The art is so good too. I love the facial expressions. Also love the author notes at the end. The commentary is so short, but I love the way the author talks about the story and her characters. It's cute.

Clearly I am obsessed. I was wrong and a love triangle is here but will it actually threaten our main couple? The evil ways of the Prince's agency is starting to roll out. I like this but this is not your fluffy romance. There is jealousy, possessiveness, and wanting to be punished during sex. I am here and happy I have 4 more volumes from the library.

En aquest volum SÍ que hi ha drama amb el puto Tatara (l'amic actor de la piga) i hi ha un petó robat que no sabem quines conseqüències tindrà... fins ara el drama em semblava poc creïble perquè estan enamoradíssims i tal, però el Shige (ros) és força gelós així que ja veurem què passa ^^'
Impossible no pensar en Embracing Love, Vol. 1 per la dinàmica de dos actors que en certa manera són rivals, però aquesta sèrie és molt més wholesome i gens complicada ^^' Es tracta de dos actors que projecten una imatge completament diferent de com són en realitat i que fins ara han estat encasellats en un mateix tipus de rol (el morè fent de malvat i el ros fent de príncep). Són parella des de l'institut, viuen junts, es recolzen i s'admiren mútuament, però han de dur la relació en secret perquè al Japó la indústria de l'entreteniment funciona així. Tot i que no hi ha gaire acció i el drama que s'entreveu és mínim i es resol de seguida, anem veient una evolució de personatges tant en l'àmbit personal com professional. Ta bé :3

Now that the public knows that Shin and Shige are good friends, more information about their pasts is slowly being discovered. Soon everyone knows that the two actors went to high school together and fell in love with acting from a young age. Now, Shin and Shige must play into the friends angle if they want their secret relationship to remain hidden. How much longer will Shin and Shige be able to keep the charade going? Another great volume.

4/5 - Can't describe the place this series holds in my heart. Yes, there are some slow bits and annoying volumes, but it is rare for a BL to actually have a plot and keep my focus. And this is vol. 6! Can't wait for more

Whew! This volume gave me heart palpitations 🥵 There were also a few moments of emotional stress because I am now so invested in the main protagonists that I worry about all the people and institutions that are stopping them from being together!!

Alors que je lis essentiellement des oneshots en Boys Love, ça fait vraiment plaisir de tomber sur des séries comme Black or White où les autrices prennent le temps de bâtir et développer des relations de couple et des personnages au rôle intéressant.
Avec un couple désormais bien solide, nos deux acteurs voient leur carrière propulsée en avant grâce à leurs dernières productions, cependant leur relation est encore secrète. Mais leur sortie dans un parc d’attractions avec des amis n’est pas passée inaperçue. Que faire ?
J’ai encore passé un très bon moment à suivre les douces péripéties de Shin et Shige dans ce tome, qui se voient obligés, mais je n’ai pas l’impression que ça les gêne beaucoup, de révéler qu’ils étaient d’anciens amis du lycée. L’autrice continue de pousser avec talent ce mélange de relation de couple perso et de vie professionnelle tout en gardant un bon équilibre et en évitant pas mal d’écueils du genre. Espérons que ça dure.
J’apprécie également la gestion des relations qu’ils ont avec les autres personnages. Bien que toujours sur la corde raide, l’autrice parvient à continuer à proposer des choses intéressantes, que ce soit la relation singulière entre Shige et Tatara qui sont des rivaux pas tout à fait déclarés, ce qui m’amuse beaucoup ; celle entre Shin et Hanasaki où on sent que le premier a trouvé un vrai ami en lui avec lui échanger ; ou encore la relation plus compliquée entre Shin et Tatara, ce dernier craquant définitivement pour lui et ayant du mal à le cacher derrière les conseils qu’il lui donne. Tout cela pimente joliment l’histoire.
Car on continue de suivre derrière les douces avancées de ce couple, que j’aime décidément de plus en plus voir passer du temps ensemble tant c’est doux et sexy à la fois, les avancées de leur carrière. J’aime voir Shige réussir et j’aime voir Shin progresser et être reconnu pour son talent. Les scènes le montrant sont brèves mais importantes. Il y a également toujours de nouveaux projets pour eux, ce qui permet d’envisager à chaque tome que le suivant parlera de leur boulot et c’est chouette ! Cette fois, la problématique c’est un baiser que Shin doit donner à celle qui lui donne la réplique dans sa série sur la prof, une première pour lui !
Chouette série mettant en scène des hommes adultes dans la relation qu’ils ont bâtie sur le long terme, celle-ci offre encore et toujours un bon mélange entre romance et vie professionnelle, ici vie d’acteur avec les problématiques que cela implique. Avec efficacité, l’autrice avance sur les deux plans et me satisfait pleinement. J’adore voir Shin et Shige ensemble, comme j’aime voir leur carrière évoluer. Même les petits soubresauts pour pimenter l’histoire sont bien gérés. Une très bonne série.

It looks like Shige's agency may have basically blackmailed him into signing up, but the picture we've seen so far also looks like it may have been from college and not a recent "mistake". Now we get more romance scenes on the set and the boys come together even more desperate than before. Shin still has no clue what Tatara is thinking, but it seems the other's may have a better idea, even when Tatara himself claimed all he wanted to do was protect a friend and fellow actor. For all that Shin may truthfully be the better actor while Shige has been in the spotlight longer for his looks, both still desperately try to hide their own insecurities while also clinging to each other. They might be terrified of their "secret" getting out, but they seem sure of each other any time the few people in the know challenge their relationship.

Yes, this is what a story wants to do. It gets better and better with each installment. I'm loving this story.
We have two actors. It comes out that they went to high school together, so they know each other. Now people are digging into their past. Some fans even discover they are living in the same building. The stakes are high and the love between the two is growing as well. They are a great couple.
More people in the industry find out they are a couple, so it's only a matter of time before this gets out. What will happen when people find out. I wonder if they will ever do a show together. That would be cool.
Both of their careers are doing well at the moment. I can' wait for more. This is about working adults. It's great.

Ok so this book really got me into these characters. For some reason I didn't get lost with the names and the storyline was on point. I. Glad I stayed with this series.

It's been more than a year since I read v. 5, so going into this one a lot of the details were fuzzy.
Even so I was still able to get onboard with most of it anyway because the plot is not all that complicated, and overall I liked it. Read it in one sitting. The characters are messy so it was fun and scandalous.

Diesmal etwas ruhiger. Dafür war der Cliffhänger umso fieser. Ich bin mal gespannt wie die aufgegriffene Thematik jetzt weiter verarbeitet wird
