Great book overall

As a heavy overthinker I enjoyed this book. I think it being short and concise is useful for the target audience. It's something that I will be recommending to others and I'm sure referencing back to/rereading. It gives practical solutions to real problems but also gives a lot of encouragement in not beating ourselves when we lose track.

Hilfreich!

Good stuff about how a overly active mind is a good and bad thing. It's the way your mind reacts that dictates if it's negative or not
