This review is for Chase #1-9 + One Million, since the collected version has too many "secret files" issues I don't care about.

The best part of this work is definitely the art by J.H. Williams III, it's so satisfying to look at, every page is thoughtfully designed and filled to the brim with details.

The story is a little clichéd. Plus, since there are so few issues, it doesn't really go anywhere. Chase's supporting cast is especially unremarkable and given way too much attention, whereas characters that could be interesting (namely the people at the DEO) are barely seen. The shadow of Batman is always present throughout the story, which doesn't allow Chase to shine as her own character or as a member of the DEO.

I hated the One Million issue, like I hated every other One Million issue I've ever read.
