Wow! On sale now. This is absolutely stunning! Perfect for Halloween or anytime at all. If you or someone else loves Gothic imagery, themes, artwork and eerie symbols and designs this is for you. I was blown away. I can think of so many people who would love this.
The designs range from very detailed and intricate to more simple. We have spiders, beautiful gothic women, classic gothic style buildings, skulls with flowers and so much more. This will suit a huge range of fans. I really didn’t expect it to be so good. I wish a review could show some of the internal images.

I do some adult colouring myself and use very fine tipped pens and pencils for intricate, tiny elements and love it. It’s something you can lose yourself in. I do really like that the complexity level in this book is varied. It’s a beautiful and unique colouring book. Treat yourself or someone you know will like this. There are some nice designs in here that would make gorgeous tattoos! Five huge gothic stars!

Beautiful high quality colouring book designed for adult and young adults female is particularly. Each image is on a page of its own and features a bleed through back on the back.
The designs range from basic to extremely detailed, giving the reader a variety of options depending on how much time,
Lots of room to make each image your own and display one’s unique artistic style and creativity. All the pages center around the theme:gothic as it pertains to literature, film and tv. It is definitely more modern/horror in nature that gothic. I feel like it is reminiscent of The Craft and tattoo and fashion style gothic than literature. Still fun and very high quality. Thank you @netgalley and @chartwell books for the review copy. I love the macabre and dark imagery.

I'm a huge fan of adult colouring books and of course a gothic one is even more favourable so after seeing the absolutely stunning illustrations in this I immediately need a physical copy I can colour my daughter has a habit of borrowing mine so I'll most likely have to pick up A few ,would also make fantastic addition to boo baskets

The book description mentions 120 colouring pages, half of them are actually repeated patterns. I am nor sure if that is the case for the ARC copy only. I also would have liked for it to include a better introduction to the origins of Gothic, as it is not very accurate or particularly well written. Whereas I understand the aim of the book is colouring, it feels like a missed opportunity.,
That being said, the illustrations are varied and alternate between styles (mostly inked illustration) . The details also vary between them, so whether you are looking for something really intricate that will take some time or a shorter experience, the book caters for all.
I am not sure I would go for this book as I have seen similar motifs repeatedly used in illustrative tattoo artwork (so not very original) and are actually witchy more than gothic. I will however give it 3 stars because the illustrations are nice regardless

Mindful patterns to immerse in are a beautiful way to sluff off a stressy day. Adult coloring books are popular enough that there's something for everyone, and if you have Gothic tendencies, you are not being overlooked!
I enjoyed flipping through this collection. There's so many beautiful Victorian and Gothic pictures to admire. On the back side of each design page is an extremely detailed, intricate pattern for those occasions when you really need to channel all your focus down to tiny details. My fingers are itching to dig into my color sharpie collection now.
The pictures are beautiful even in their 'skeletal' form. Once you've colored them in, you might even find that a few favorites are suitable for framing. Wouldn't they look marvelous on the walls of your gothic parlor?

Gothic Colouring has a range of beautiful high quality images available for colouring that fit the 'gothic' aesthetic perfectly. They contain a lot of stereotypical imagery (witches, skulls, skeletons, bats, witches, moths, classic hearts and vintage style florals in a variety of styles, such as cartoon, classic tattoo and sketched. Additionally, there are pages with repeating patterns, which would be really helpful for mindfulness colouring or unwinding.

Gothic Coloring by Editors of Chartwell Books came to me at a perfect time for review. With just a few weeks left until Halloween, I am all about the spooky! This book has so many projects to color but taking it a step even further, I can see myself using this as inspiration for other projects. I can easily visualize these images on my embroidery hoop or on fused glass. There are also pattern pages that could lend themselves well to my collage journal pages. The images range from kooky to downright creepy and I love it!

Today is Friday the 13th. I feel that it’s an appropriate date to review this book. Lol.
This was a coloring book with drawings of various styles that showcased a Gothic aesthetics. I enjoyed all the illustrations very much. There were witches, skeletons, skulls, crows, monsters and many more. I especially liked the several creatures with 3 eyes. Highly recommended for fans of adult coloring books!

What a lovely adult coloring book. I am absolutely smitten with some of the pictures and want to dig out my gel pens and watercolors and start coloring right away.
The pictures range from simple to complex, letting you choose the degree of difficulty you're in the mood for—whether you want a simple doodle or a detailed picture.

“Gothic Coloring” by Editors of Chartwell Books is a casual coloring book suitable for both adults and children, featuring spooky vibes and unique designs. I liked most of the pages and think it’s a really good for gothic and Halloween lovers. It has plenty of pages and is worth buying. 4 out of 5 stars.

This book is exactly what one would expect from the title and the cover. It is a mix of gothic things like skills, bones, tarot, Ouija etc. Honestly, the back of some of the coloring pages are more interesting than some of the pictures. If one can does not get a copy of the Horror Coloring books that are out of print, this one would do nicely.

This would be a fun book to color. There are plenty of skulls, and creepy mystical imagery to please your imagination. I like that some of the designs are simple, and others are very complex and ornate - whatever your mood, you should find something dark and fantastical here.

There are so many great images to color here. I would definitely pick up a physical copy of this adult coloring book. This is would be a great book to pick up to go along with a fall, halloween, or gothic readathon.

Whilst Gothic style has somewhat gone out of style, this color in book is beautifully produces, and would be a lot of fun to use just for the design and artistic content.. There is so much that has great appeals to any book colorist . Thanks you NetGalley and the publishers for the DR

November 25, 2023The pictures and designs in this coloring book are beautiful. They run the gamut from patterns stamped across the whole page to beautifully drawn women in gothic clothing. This is something I’d buy for myself and for many of my friends. The illustrator is a very talented person!

This is a wonderful gift for anyone who loves the dark and gothic side of life. It is pleasingly different to the usual colouring books and would suit any age group. I definitely recommend it.

This was so fun and the art is beautiful. I’ve tried other “adult” coloring books in the past that were just too busy with so many small segments, But this I could get lost in and do it all day!

This is a beautifully illustrated coloring book filled with gothic and, at times, macabre images. Detailed and intricate, this would be a joy to color.

The one thing I regret about this book is that I had the digital copy and couldn't color the pictures. I cannot wait until I get my hands on the actual book. The art is stunning, the pictures look like they would be super relaxing to color.
