A fun vacation cozy mystery with friends and.murder
Larceny on the Lake: A Temp Job Cozy Mystery Book 4 is a fun continuation of this series! Scarlett lost her dream job as an Interior Decorator and has moved back home and does Temp jobs for the time being. In this book, Scarlett, her boyfriend Austin, her brother Daniel, a few of the people in the last book, and a few new people go on vacation on a houseboat. Scarlett doesn't have the money for the vacation so she plans and shops for the meals (not really a Temp job but it works with the story). Scarlett finds a stranger's dead body and most of her friends knew who he was. It is a clean cozy mystery. I guessed part of the mystery but not all so it kept me interested. The characters are likable, the friendships are wonderful, and we learn more about Austin. This is a very enjoyable book and series! I am looking forward to the next one. #LarcenyOnTheLake #TheTempJobsCozyMysteries

Audiobook review.
An utterly captivating book with an ingenious plot, puzzling mysteries, lots and lots of twists and turns and a huge bombshell at the end.
Amber Battaglia’s narration is outstanding, as usual.

Good book
This was a great book. I loved how this story started out. I love that it normally takes place at a temp job but I am glad we got a break and it happened on her break. I am glad the clues are coming together for her dad's hit and run. I can't wait for the next book!

Really fun! I felt like for the first time I was able to identify some clues as red herrings, but there was still plenty I was surprised by so it was a very fun listen.
