Fast Read and to the point
If you are planning to start your product based business Ciara’s book is a good start, if you are deep in the weeds this book will give you hope. Main key points for me: watch your inventory and margins, buy with intention, you can be profitable from day one. Second lesson, get an accountant that understands inventory. I made this mistake for way too long and I couldn’t understand why my business never showed a profit.
I wish the book had a quick start guide on profit first for inventory based businesses. Maybe there’s a part II coming.
