What happens after death? Is reincarnation entrapment awaiting you? How do we prepare for the final departure, and is the departure really final? LEAVING THE How to Exit Reincarnation Cycle offers practical guidance and vividshort stories from beyond the veil. The book takes the reader on a journey of out-of-body and near-death experiences, astral projection into “Heaven” and “Hell”, quantum travel through the Cosmos and the higher realms, past life memories, and the author’s real-life experiences that provide insights into what may be waiting for us in the afterlife.
The book offers recommendations on how to prepare for the final exit, interact with the beings that greet us after death, and ultimately escape from the cycle of reincarnation trapping souls on Earth.
With explanations short and to the point and the areas of research clearly outlined,LEAVING THE How to Exit Reincarnation Cycle is an invitation for awakened and curious minds to deepen their search for the answers that best serve their spiritual paths.
The topics in this book include: astral travel, the soul, karma, but especially how to escape rebirth, a topic, or question that is answered by the author.
It is an important aspect to consider and educate ourselves about.
This book is brief and badly written, in the sense she does not go into detail and definitely does not cite sources. 1. Without mentioning him, shes seems to have bought into David Icke and Archons. According to her, the people you meet after dying are not your loved ones or higher souls but Archons, (she dosent go into details) who then 'guilt trip; you into reincarnating again so you can 'become better'. She neglects to say where your loved ones are of if you ever meet with them. The whole concept of the Archons, which are the basis for our Reincarnation Trap, is never really explored. 2. They do this so they can harvest 'Loosh' the negative energy derived from human pain an suffering. In 2001, David Shapiro wrote a series of books, ETs. The Explored Race. It was he who introduced the concept of 'loosh' but in his case it is 'Love', positive energy, not negative. This is where she got and misused the concept of 'Loosh' from. 3. She mentions the ‘Law of Attraction, made popular by the Hicks and whoever else has since jumped on that bandwagon, and the concept of Karma. She regards Karma as 'Punishment' and 'Attraction' as good. A very juvenile and ignorant misunderstanding and misrepresentation of Karma. 4. Her technique for escaping reincarnation is when you die, or having a NDE, and your relatives and the higher souls, (secretly Archons in disguise) are trying to persuade you to return to your body or incarnate again, to outright refuse and enter the Void, thus escaping the Reincarnation Trap. She offers no details about what and where your deceased relatives and higher souls may be or how you will spiritually progress by existing only in The Void. 5. Apart from her own Astral Travels and accounts of others, her other source of information comes from QHHT hypnosis techniques she says were 'uniquely' developed by Dolores Cannon. They weren’t and they dont often work.
To summarise, its a stupid book, a dangerous book. Its a mish mash of knowledge and conspiracy theories and spiritual ignorance that further confuses people and creates a wrong perspective of the after death state and the purpose of reincarnation. Escaping the Reincarnation cycle is not a new concept, the Tibetan Buddhists were well aware that continual lower, criminal, destructive behaviour will result in Karma and Reincarnation until the lessons are learned and the person recognises divinity in all beings. Its that simple.
Full disclosure, I decided to read this fully thinking it was a sci-fi book and that is my bad.
This felt like that SNL skit Close Encounter mixed with that part of Twilight where Bella became an adrenaline junkie to see Edward and also mixed with a Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy and Buddhism lol
She says that the shape the Cycle Keepers take “depends on the person’s belief system, and what beings or deities they trust most throughout their lives” which I thought was hilarious because when talking about her encounter with one that looked like Jesus she makes sure to mention that he appeared to her with blonde hair and blue eyes even though she also acknowledges Jesus was from the Middle East and probably had dark hair and dark eyes.
I also feel like she glossed over the idea that you get to choose your own parents and form a contract with them before you’re born. I honestly would’ve loved to read more about how that works.
But to sum it up, the advice for winning the negotiation between the Reincarnation Cycle Keepers and avoid going back down to earth is to just hold your ground.
I highly recommend this book to anyone researching a feeling of "never wanting to come here," or even feeling like they have NEVER belonged. In photos from my childhood, where we're doing fun things like visiting Niagara Falls, I was pissed off in every picture, even at age 4.
At age 17, I started to become suicidal. I must've tried to end it at least ten times and was always "interrupted," as if magically and stopped, usually by a random phone call.
It wasn't until my forties that I learned that I had the cord wrapped around my neck at birth, my mom had an emergency C-section performed so I could be born. My father says I was "green" and the nurse ran down the hall with me. I was in an incubator for two months. All my life I've wondered why I was born miserable?! And I've told myself repeatedly, "this is my last incarnation, no way I am coming back!"
Isabella is the first person to make any sense of my entire life! Everything in this book resonates with me on all levels. We all will die one day and we will all meet "handlers" on the other side who could shapeshift into deceased loved ones, convincing us to stay, incarnate again, and create more negative energy called "loosh" for these handlers to feed on. It's our negative energy. If souls in this world can manipulate us, how much easier would it be for them in the afterlife? Especially with us believing them to be benevolent!
I am going to read this book again. It's a quick read, one day, a couple hours. It's a nice guide on how to not be manipulated in your afterlife I to coming back here for more unnecessary suffering. I found Isabella on YouTube, an interview on Next Level Soul, which she goes into even more detail. I cannot recommend this book enough. And Isabella, thank you from the bottom of my heart for publishing this, despite the critics and non-believers. I am forever grateful for you and your words! THANK YOU!
Become an authentic sovereign being and no one can make you do anything in this lifetime, any other lifetimes and the in-between. This is a MUST READ book and my new favorite!! Thanks for the courage to put this out there Isabella! ❤️
the book that best explains reincarnational dynamics explored via OBE is Far Journeys by Robert Monroe. The term “Loosh” was created by Bob. He discovered in one particular compressed learning bit he received in an OBE that life on Earth was initially created for the purpose of harvesting a non-physical energy that could be transported and used in other reality systems elsewhere in the galaxy. That being said Bob along with other explorers never mentioned or encountered false angelic beings forcing people to reincarnate. I also haven’t found this to be the case even after hundreds of OBEs. People return to earth from post-life reality systems because there is a desire to in one form or another. On equating being told “it’s not your time yet” during NDEs as encounters with soul trap— imagine your task as a non-physical helper is to make sure your human friend accomplishes whatever they had set out to do before taking up human birth. In the event they die before accomplishing that it is actually your job to say hey you’re not done yet. the author makes the blanket statement that life after life people are forced into reincarnation as if there aren’t things people want to reincarnate for? think of all the things humans are already addicted to while physical. it is easy to crave or be interested in human experience. it’s how many of us ended up here to begin with. a final point was the author said “they say you have a job to do but they never tell you what it is.” That’s because it is you that is supposed to figure out what you intended to do. It’s you that has to decide what the job is. I have experienced the life-review there was no angel that stood beside me and said you have failed you did this and that wrong. I would’ve appreciated if she shared directly what occurred in her OBEs instead of summarizing them. The experience of the Life Review can appear as Judgement to people who believe in Judgement. This is the question we have to ask with spiritual experiences and exploration “am I just getting more of what I already believe.” Law of One talks about the Orion group. The Archons do exist but from my understanding the dying experience is facilitated by ones Higher Self. You are getting the lesson of “you are getting whatever it is you believe.”
This is a very interesting book! It poses an entirely new perspective on reincarnation, karma, and basically "all things life-after-death". She talks a lot about what supposedly happens once this incarnation is over, so obviously, the counterpoint "but you're still alive, so how can you be sure?" will always linger about. It is, however, still an impressive document because it not only shows her experiences and perspectives, but also those from people she knows (who aren't herself), and therefore gives more credibility to this document.
Personally, the details she provides with each experience match both the perceptions and experiences of my own (not almost dying experiences, but simply dreams and things like that), which makes me inclined to believe it is actually closer to reality than I'd first guess.
I can only be sure once I master the Quantum Travel technique, though, and experience these things for myself.
Anyway, it's a good read to reflect on death and "where do we go from here". I loved it.
I found this book after being directed towards another type of metaphysical book on Reddit. I always had an interest in the theory of the soul recycling nature of planet earth but many people discouraged my beliefs. It has been strongly growing in my mind as a more than passive idea. I believe there are many more beings in our dimension than most people understand. I think they're not all good or out for the goodness of others. It was so cool reading through this in a single night. She gives background, talking about steps to take to avoid being recycled again and again. She gives examples of herself and friends who went on near death experiences. I definitely recommend this, if only to learn a different way of thinking.
This is a very quick read. Personal experience is very important in this work with accounts like near death experiences and conversations with like minded people. There are a couple of very interesting chapters that deal with soul, matrix, karma, all of which could be expanded. Yet, the central theme of this work is to escape of the cycle of rebirth using the newer awareness we have at the moment. It is a nice book despite the brevity.
A practical instruction guide to true enlightenment
Truth doesn’t have to be in millions words and thousands pages long. A key is often tiny and minimal in form, as there’s no need for non truth to pad the offering. This is not the first book I’ve read on spirituality but this may very well be the last as I might have found what I’ve been seeking. All I have to do now is practice. Thank you
I think most people are not aware of these non conventional ideas yet, but there is a growing number of books and videos such as this from Isabella Greene which are bringing attention to these ideas. Includes the concept of loosh as a possible reason our world condition is such that it is, that even after all this time we still haven't evolved beyond these human conditions. Exercises are included as a way to suggest how you can bypass the reincarnation cycle.
Although it is an interesting book, the author's exact breathing pattern isn't featured in this book or in the follow-up book.
There are multiple versions of the same breath with different purposes. So if you were to try to do a web search, the chances of finding the exact one that the author used is quite slim.
It's like receiving a combination lock without the combination.
Without this vital missing information, I can't give this book more than a 3 out of 5.
The author makes some good points. True, she does not go into details and gives you some things to think about. She does mention Joe Dispenza who you can find on Youtube and his talks are long too. In reading other books on this subject I did find it funny about the "handlers" - again, not really giving the indepth information you need. It is quick reading and will have you do more research on your own with other books.
Interesting subject, useless book. Many suppositions are made, no evidence is presented for any of them. Nothing is explained, we are just to take the author's word for it all. There's just nothing helpful here. The theory isn't new and no practical advice is given, nor does it offer much in the way of descriptive or analytical value.. the book isn't even entertaining. I'd just say don't bother. Disappointing all around.
I happened upon this book and wanted to read it because it dealt with the incarnation trap, a connector I was familiar with and had studied on but hadn’t yet learned the path to avoid it. I read this book in a could have hours and absolutely loved everything the author shared in her experiences and insights. For me, it rang true. I love her step by step process for mastering the body and consciousness and her recaps. Really helpful!!! THANK YOU!!
Isabella puts in simple terms what we may know or not know intuitively about our time(s) on Earth. To those who wish to achieve Samhadi, here is the “why”of it while you can also explore the “how” with her simple direction. A concise, practical and illuminating read.
Wow, not only does Isabella not have any real understanding of concepts she admonishes or preaches about, like Karma, or Astral Projection, but much of what she writes seems to be plagiarized from other equally hogwash sources, like David Icke. And it reads much less like a book, but rather a poor, uncoordinated stream of thoughts with little syntax. Would give it negative stars if possible.
I like the subject of this book, but I should have liked more details. How do you get to the quantum realms? How do you know you are there? More of her experienced souls be good.
I have had oobes from as early as age 7. She speaks the truth. I highly recommend you to also read Alien Interview, Lawrence R. Spencer where much of this information is corroborated and expanded upon. I believe both authors are unaware of each other.
Thank you Isabella for sharing a different perspective that helps us ponder life cycles. Having used Dr.Joes work myself and being a teacher on the path for 30 years, your experiences are truly food for the soul.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is tired of living in the reincarnation trap. If you are one of these souls, then you know what this means. This book is short but informative. However. I wish the author would have explained the Cobra Breathing.
This book was written as if taken straight from my mind. I haven’t (or consciously anyway) done the out of body experience Isabella did but I came to the exact same conclusion from everything I’ve read and heard so far. Short read but a huge wealth of informations!!!!
This was excellent information and filled in many of the gaps and and answered questions I had after hearing some of this previously from other sources. I wish she had provided a little more detail.
This book opens your eyes to the possibility of escaping the cycle of reincarnation. I really don't want to be in this world of wars and greed so this is an excellent primer.
Open your mind for an instant and consider what may be the most important decision of all your lives, this is what JC came to tell us, how to be free from this paradigm, “be in the world but not of it”
