Harrison Walker watches the world burn—for a living. Currently, the province’s only fire investigator, he’s kept busy, particularly by a serial arsonist leaving a trail of destruction through one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Fort Seattle. When a local artist’s studio is torched, Harrison finally gets a break in the case.

Only, is it their arsonist, or a targeted attack by a copycat?

When Tanner’s studio burns, Raimy Kellam does his best to support his best friend. He inadvertently becomes the only witness to have potentially seen the pyromaniac, which thrusts him into Harrison’s life… where Raimy senses their bond.

Only, Harrison already has someone in his life.

Cassidy Springdale has spent nearly a decade loving Harrison—always knowing his alpha’s omega could be around any corner and their love affair would end. When Raimy arrives in their lives, he must decide if he’s going to walk away or fight for the man he loves.

Only, what right does a beta have to come between fated mates?

Harrison’s torn between love and instinct. His beta and an omega. All while trying to save their province from burning down around them.

Having a fated mate AND a separate love of your life? How GREEEEDY.

Nothing left for the rest of the population during a declining population crisis.

Dear diary, today I discovered that I don't hate MMM. Fuck my TBR, I guess.

Also, the whole time I was thinking....in this economy? Both an omega AND a beta? Harrison is never going to financially recover from this lol. (yes, yes, I know they also work, but still)

So this one debunked a lot of my fears about MMM. I kept thinking there's no way they get equal love split three ways and somehow Kelex pulled it off without having me root for any 2 over the other permutations.

Also, the scene of them at the house viewing absolutely killed me. I could feel Harrison's frustration because having two people there squee-ing in delight could only have driven the price further up.

But I loved the dynamic amongst them. It's like there were two fun loving rascals and then there was Harrison who had to keep them grounded but somehow couldn't ever say no to them. Lol.

Pray for that man. Not just his mental state but also his finances because the fertility rate in that household is giving 'rabbit'.

I absolute loved, loved, loved this one! Probably my favorite in the spin-off series to date. This one centers around Raimy, Harrison and Cassidy - yes, all three! I love her creativity in how this worked. It took the usual alpha/omega omegaverse story and gave it a refreshing twist.

In this world, there are only men, and they are either alpha, beta, or omega. Harrison, an alpha, and Cassidy, a beta, have been together for years. Cassidy is constantly worried that an omega will show up and ruin what they have. So surprise surprise when an omega finally does show up - he wants the beta! And there is even more attraction between Raimy and Cassidy at the start!

I love the slow acceptance that all three of them get to, to trying to figure things out, to wanting each other, to going all in. I don't want to give anything away, but it's a very very HEA for these three men.

I basically want all the brothers to get their stories - Emerson!!

I received an arc in exchange for an honest review.

I feel so bad for not liking this one, because I loved the previous books. This book is about Fitz's brother Harrison, who we know from One Wild Omega. His father told him when he was a boy, not to wait for an Omega if he fell in love with someone else first. Present day, he followed his dad's advice and is in an established relationship with a Beta, Cassidy.

Then one day he meets Tanner's best friend from One Wild Omega, who's his fated mate, named Raimy. What I didn't like:
Raimy has his own reasons for not wanting to be mated. So, great, neither wants to be mated. They meet each other but completely ignore it. That should be the end of the book because they both want to reject each other. But no, somehow that's just the beginning, because.... I don't really know why. I think Raimy wants to have sex with Cassidy, actually, so he keeps initiating contact. It was weird. Everyone felt bad about being attracted to each other and wanting to cheat. It was sad, not romantic or even erotic.

The only people having sex were Harrison and Cassidy. Harrison and Raimy (the A & O) didn't even see each other for months after their first meeting.

Cassidy - never physically described, I don't think his job was mentioned, or maybe it was but was forgettable. Was he a house husband? Did he have any hobbies? We're given no details about him, really.

Meh this one was my least favorite. Not that there was anything particularly wrong with the characters themselves I just didn't care for or buy their "romance" . Also Just everything about the storyline in general didn't work for me.

Wow!
Such a great story. Due to who the author is I wanted to read this. I didn't read the blurb but just knew I had to read it.
As I got into the story I had more and more affection for Harrison, Raimy and Cassidy. I was hoping what did happen , would happen. Otherwise I would have been extremely disappointed.
The evil in this book is TRULY evil in deed, and smarmyness. Sure that isn't technically a word but everyone will understand what I mean.
His cockiness and ickiness was well written by Kelex.
The connection, wariness , and lust then love between the men in this book was so well written. My emotions were all over the place but they were ALWAYS, one hundred percent behind them being together.
I don't want to give any of the plot away but need to say that this story was way past wonderful.

I am hoping Emerson gets his HEA written soon.

I received an Advanced Readers Copy for my honest review.

LOVE YALLLL LETS GOOOO!!!!!! ive got the pattern down by now. over the book there will be a mating. Then someone close to that mating like a friend or sibling will feel left out, so then the next book will be about them and so on. I like knowing this system because I also know there will be a happy ending and kelex drops such good hints and open endings on what character might be the next focus. She ramped this book up so much, to OQ status and had crazy ass shit happening all the time. I fucking loved these three. Like it felt very realistic in that they handled situations so normally and nothing was over dramatic or frustrating. Of course things move quick as hell but nothing felt crazy. I think that having the delayed acceptance between Raimy and Harrison helped because it would make sense they were hesitant about expressing love towards each other, for them it wouldn't be love at first sight. not like it was for Raimy and Cassidy!!!! The whole time I was thinking that it was like the omega bond that Jaime and Gray had but altered because it was beta and omega instead, but then you find out Cassidy is a latent omega!!! #throwback, love that if you had read the first series, you would have background information on the omega bond since they didn't really explain it here. Cassidy was kind of annoying at the beginning with all the whining about Harrison leaving him if his fated mate comes. I get the fear but yall have been dating for 7 years babe and he is obsessed with you. THE PYROPHILIAC WAS CRAZY TO INCLUDE ACTUALLY HUH. never heard that one before wow. There didn't seem like a huge reason to make Charles jack off to fire, the only thing I guess was to get a sperm sample for the DNA match but there HAD to be a different way they could've gotten it lol. Thank god for ramping Charles up. He actually became a villain, someone you were actively rooting against. There were big stakes and ultimately big rewards!
This whole concept really got me introspective hmm. In a way it really showed the complexity and fluidity of gender and sexuality. Everyone is a man and everyone is gay, but now theres also secondary genders and heats and fated mates and matings like OxO or AxA that are barely touched on yet. I'm finally glad we got an omega top WOOOOO!!!! I would have preferred Raimy to top his alpha but I'll take what I can get. It was so funny how big they made this secret out to be and when people found out they were literally like ...ok, next. 'Months back, he's stopped hoping he could fuck himself straight. He wanted to be his real self, whoever the fuck that was. Reality terrified him. He stared in the mirror, wondering how an omega top could exist in a world where men like him were prized for their wombs. Raimy could only come to the same conclusion he did every single time. He was a freak of nature.' As much as this whole struggle cracked me tf up, it did kind of hit home in a way. Being queer and not wanting to get pregnant and having sex in different ways and having to figure this all out by yourself. A lot of my female friends struggle with the idea of pregnancy being thrown at them their whole lives and battling those expectations, me included. He ultimately did get pregnant in the end, but it didn't feel like he conceded (also he can't help it bc of the heats). But Raimy figuring out how he personally wanted to have sex versus how the heats made him want to have sex was so interesting and fucking goated to read. Being able to be the middle (?) so he could control what happened in both ways, chefs kiss! the fucker also becomes the fuckee, at the same time!! beautiful! love feeling comfortable in your body! so bisexual coded <3
Of course Raimy and Cassidy had their babies on the same day, Kelex loves a coincidence, I shouldn't have expected anything less. If anymore books come out in this series (fingers crossed) I think it will be between Emerson and the bodyguard ALPHAxALPHA LETS GOOOOO.

Quotes:
- 'Harrison knew what the realtor knew. He was whipped. Wrapped around their fingers. He grinned. Two against one was going to make his life hell. Just as much as it would be heaven.'
- ' "Hand me the washcloth so I can wipe myself off," Cassidy said. "No." He lifted his gaze and pegged Cassidy with his gaze. "You'll wear my seed tonight. Maybe it'll be a reminder of who you belong to." '
- 'The connection Cassidy felt drew him in. Enchanted him. It was as strong as his attraction to Harrison if he was truly honest with himself, yet it was different. It was as if he and Raimy had known one another in another lifetime and were finally reunited in a new one. Star-crossed lovers fated to find the other in the next life.'
- 'Harrison leaned forward and grasped Raimy's hand. "Where else would you go... but the place where you belong?" Raimy relaxed, smiling at Harrison. Harrison arched a brow before glancing at Cassidy. "Where you both belong. With me. So I can protect what's mine." '

I have to be honest, I was really nervous going into this story. Would Kelex rip apart Harrison and Cassidy? Would Raimy end up alone? Would all three men make it through the book alive with the arsonist on the loose? Thankfully, Kelex did this trio justice and the arsonist was finally caught and we were blessed with some closure.

I loved how unexpected this budding throuple's romance was. I loved the throuple being alpha, beta, and omega; it is something I haven't come across in any of my omegaverse readings. Its a refreshing and unique take on omegaverse. And while it took Cassidy and Harrison a little time to warm up to Raimy, the attraction between the trio was undeniable. The chemistry is off the charts and perfectly balanced with tender heartfelt moments and a few moments of pure sass. I also loved how Raimy wasn't your stereotypical omega, his truth was delightful surprise that had me grinning.

Then there was the mystery and not so hidden danger of the arsonist. I loved the plot twists surround the arsonist and how there is a hint to who the next story will center around, I hope its Emerson. When everything is revealed, it ties in nicely with the earlier books and we see numerous cameos from all the Walker clan. We get closure, a ride off into the sunset, and peace for characters who truly went through the ringer.

This book has all the angsts and swoon of an Aloha Beta and Omega romance. Although it is not a short read (518 pages 😅) it’s fast paced, hot and holds you engaged so I flew through it.

All three MCs are characters with well established back stories and day to day struggles/lives/routines - all of which add to the depth when their arcs play out. While this book has the typical structures of an ABO world building, the author plays with fluidity by not assigning stereotypical traits or challenges to the characters as genetically defined.

The romantic story centres around an established pairing and the introduction of a fated mate outside of that. We then watch as this dynamic grows and evolves and the push and pull and all that hot tension keeps you engaged all the way giving us enough to invest in each characters struggle.
The mystery of the arsonist, crime and physical threats to the MCs also keeps pace well even though it isn’t the central plot and add to the enjoyment of the story.

⚠️please do check all TWs/CWs which include but are not limited to metal health challenges, arson, murder, parental estrangement.

I was a little nervous going into this cause I’m not usually a fan of an existing couple finding a third. BUT I trusted in Kelex and went for it. I ended up really enjoying it!

I will say, I loved how their dynamic worked and how Cassidy seemed to finally shine. And their dynamic in the bedroom - loved it.

I do think the pacing was a bit wonky, and a little instalove - which is more understandable when there are bonds involved so that’s okay. But things seemed to move REALLY quickly and then the ending dragged for me.

All in all, this is my least fave of the series in general but I loved it all the same.

The missing piece

I loved Cassidy, Raimy, and Harrison. They truly needed each other to reach their full potential. Raimy finding his alpha set off a series of events that changed everything. I loved it!

If you write a romance between Alpa-Omega-Beta, that leave it as is. No need to than make Beta an Omega… This made no sense to switch him.

Three Alarm Heat is the third book in the Alphas of the Western Provinces. Harrison, an alpha is the fire investigator and has a boyfriend, Cassidy, a beta. Cass refused to marry Harrison because he believes that he’ll be out when Harrison finds his mate. Raimy, an omega, thinks there is something wrong with him. He needs to be in control, but he’s also poly. He meets Harrison and Cassidy and is instantly attracted to both of them. One night Harrison is called to an apartment complex fire, the same one that his mate lives in. Ohh and that plot twist at the end! This was such a fantastic story, I couldn’t stop reading it!! Well written with addicting pacing!

First, I must admit that I'm not a huge fan of MM+ stories, and if I'm being honest, I didn't read the blurb before beginning as I loved the world that the author created and loved previous books in this series.
In saying that, I did enjoy Three Alarm Heat.

Alpha Harrison, Fitz's brother from One Wild Omega, is in a solid relationship with beta Cassidy. Harrison is 100% committed, while Cassidy has one foot out the door. He does love Harry, but he's afraid that Harry will meet his omega and he'll be lost to instinct.
While investigating a string of fires, Harrison meets omega Raimy, Tanner's best friend. Raimy realizes that Harrison is his alpha, but Raimy feels he's broken. He doesn't want the typical alpha/omega relationship.

I loved Harrison's relationship with Cassidy. At times I felt that Cassidy needed a knock upside this head. Harry's patience and love for Cassidy sang throughout this book.
Then enter Raimy, who calms Cassidy. Cassidy is now secure in their relationship, and this is all due to Raimy.
Aside from the romance in this book (which is hot 🔥🔥), the plot is engaging.

I would suggest reading these books in order as there are cameo from previous MCs and the continuation of the story arc.

I Had Hopes

I think this could have been a wonderful story but it need Beta readers or an editor. The +s: I loved the family support and Harrisons unconstitutional love for Cassie (even though it was not always reciprocated). I liked the main story of the arcesion.
The -s: I did not like how easily Cassie and Remiy fell in love almost over night. The bathroom scene bothered me a tad bit as Cassie and Harriaon were still in a relationship.
Also, I felt like the fire stuff was just filler as the ending of that plot line just stopoed (not sure why nothing was mentioned about the death ...there might have been but at the point I was skimming).
All in all there was a lot of repetition and it was all the perfect. I am not sure if I will read more by this author.

This book is definitely more interesting than the previous 2 in the series, mostly because the author managed to create a balanced throuple (which is not small feat), even when said throuple started with an already established couple and a late fate-mate that joins them. Also, in a world with only one gender (male) the author manages to create a queer character. Kudos for that.

My favorite book in this series so far!!

I have liked the world these stories have taken place in, and the mystery that's been very present across the three books has been done very well. This book we got Harrison's, Cassidy's, and Raimy's story. I was really hoping someone would come along so Harrison and Cass could still be together, and they found their person!!!

I loved the surprise element this book had! An alpha having not just an Omega mate but also a beta? That was so unique and so awesome. I was rooting for these three men. And I want to gush about other things that happened in this story but I can't... Cause that would spoil certain things for y'all. More characters got introduced in this story and now I need their stories as well!!

I think we may have been introduced to Emerson's future mate in this book, if I'm correct. And I really hope I am, and that he gets his own story. I want all of the Walker brothers to get their own stories. I really have adored this universe and I need more stories with these characters!!

Kelex is taking a trope that's been done several times, and is reinventing it. They are making that trope their own and they are added their own spins and creativeness to that trope. It's awesome that they have come up with so many twists and turns, and the mystery! Let's be real, us readers suspected who it was. But! We needed the evidence and proof as much as Harrison did.

This was my favorite book of the series, and these three men we by far my favorite to read about. There was so much more focus on these characters growth, and you could feel the emotions between them. They also communicated with each other instead of just hopping into bed together, and I really appreciated that. This book definitely stands apart from the other two in my opinion. I highly recommend this book/series. I want to add that you can't read this series as a standalone!

This can be read as a standalone. I loved this one just as much, if not more than the first. It is a much longer book but it is fast paced and didn't at all drag. I couldn't put it down. Not only do we get the development of a complicated relationship but there is also a vicious arson on the loose in their area and they seem to have targeted this big family that each of these 3 have ties to. So there is also tons of drama from start to finish. All three characters were great and made a wonderful throuple. This was sweet and sexy and at times emotional story. Cass and Harry made a sweet couple in the previous books but they were missing something that would make them whole. I was a little nervous with the whole fated mates situation that they may not make it but I was hoping for a throuple and this book made me so happy for them. It is a slow burn but there is still some heat due to Cass and Harry being an established couple and the last 25% is off the charts spicy. I absolutely loved this and would absolutely recommend it. I really hope it goes to Audio.

Writing MMM is difficult. To create a real connection and synergy between more than 2 character is hard for a lot of writers.

This is one of the worst MMM I've read. It's more like two people in love with the same person. Worst of all, it was an already established relationship and the third one inserted himself forcefully and with cero grace in said relationship, only because he wanted to fuck one of them, and since it wasn't the alpha he wanted to fuck all of the pheromones and bond related pulls of omegaverse failed to validate that unnatural and selfish way he approached them.

Just a story about an insecure cheater whose deepest fear was being abandoned and a lonely selfish guy who found the perfect excuse to get himself into a relationship. As much as the author wanted to excuse everything, the alpha was just done dirty.

Alpha and omega dont want each other. Beta works on his insecurities and omega learns self love. That should have been the story.

Worth the wait!! 😍 ❤️🥵🔥

I was eagerly awaiting Harrison and Cassidy’s story and was not disappointed. I knew this book would make me feel all the feels and Kelex delivered on that front. This book has it all! Love, heat, danger, family, sexy firemen and all the 🔥🥵 you can handle.

The connection between Harrison and Cassidy was written beautifully and I loved how Raimy didn’t immediately ‘submit’ to his alpha and struggled with what he knew about himself and how Harrison made him feel. The chemistry between all three was smoking hot (pun intended😂) 🥵 🔥 and I loved that we got to see the intimacy between Harrison and Cassidy before they met Raimy.

No other author could pull off a book like this the way Kelex did. The plot flowed so easily between their burgeoning relationship as a trouple and the overreaching plot of the arsonist. Loved the twist with Cassidy by the way!

Can’t wait for the next! Hopefully Emerson 🤞🏻😂

# I kindly received an ARC and this is my honest and unbiased review.

This book is an outstanding, unique, and fresh take on the mpreg omegaverse. Harrison is an alpha fire investigator who is dealing with an arsonist. He's been with Cassidy, a beta, for seven years. Cassidy refuses his marriage proposals because he fears that someday Harrison will meet his fated omega and leave Cassidy. Raimy is an omega friend of the family who also is the only witness to the arsonist's face and description. This book has a very interesting storyline around the case of the arsonist. It also has a great story around Cassidy, Harrison, Raimy, whose sexuality may be just what the other two men need to make it work long-term. The story has great pacing, some interesting relationship twists, a supportive cast of friends and family, an engrossing mystery, passionate times, and a beautiful love story.

Three Alarm Heat by Kelex

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5
Spice: 🔥🔥🔥/5

Mini blurb: “When Raimy arrives in their lives, Harrison must decide if he's going to walk away or fight for the man he loves. Only, what right does a beta have to come between fated mates? Harrison's torn between love and instinct. His beta and an omega. All while trying to save their province from burning down around them”

- MMM
- Firefighters
- A serial arsonist
- Mpreg
- Fated mates
- Great chemistry between the MCs
- Hurt/comfort
- Found family
- Angst (love, instinct, why not both)

Favorite quotes:

—“We’re already a family,” Cassidy murmured. He leaned in and kissed Raimy’s cheek—

—“You, my love, are not unlovable. You are very much loveable, and our lives are so much happier and brighter because of you.”—

This is getting concerning. I'm hoping the next book features characters I actually like. Harrison was great, but the whining, self flagellation and repetitive drama of Cassidy and Raimy was exhausting, especially Cassidy. He reminded me of Tanner in Book 2, who I didn't like either. Also like Book 2, this book was too long. I could have started reading at 50% and missed nothing. The arson investigation was boring, and the ending was ridiculous. I didn't really feel that Raimy and Harrison ever got where I needed them to be, in terms of love, and the way that Raimy approached Cassidy knowing he was already in a relationship was not cute. I'm just getting concerned. The writing here is starting to feel cliched, predictable and hammy in a way this author never was. I'm going to keep trying in the hope that I can recapture the magic.

I told myself I was going to take my time with this and not read it in less than 24 hours. Welp, I lied. I could not put this down. I was a little nervous at the beginning on how the relationship dynamic between Raimy, Harrison, and Cassidy would develop, but I trusted Kelex and fell in love with these characters and their relationship. The interconnected storyline between all three books in this series made this book a wild ride of lots of action. I keep saying I want more HEA just because I love all the characters in this series and could read about them forever. I don’t want to give much away, but this book was incredible. I already want to read this series again. SERIOUSLY READ THIS SERIES! IT’S AMAZING!!!

Three Alarm Heat is Book 3 in the Alphas of the Western Provinces series and should be enjoyed in order. I love this beautifully written omegaverse story and didn't want it to end. Harrison, Cassidy, and Raimy are just perfect for each other. I love Harrison patience. It took a lot but in the end Harrison, Cassidy, and Raimy got their happy ending. There were a few surprises, shocking and pleasant. As you can imagine, these three had a lot of steamy moments together. I love how the stories in this series intertwine. I would love more of this universe. There are others who need their happy endings as well. Definitely recommend!

Epic Plot twist

I was honestly not that excited for this book because I was not a big fan of Raimy in the previous two books. However, after the second chapter, I was COMPLETELY HOOKED. This turned out to be the best one out of the three books for me. I was speculating what was going to happen based on the previous books but never in my wildest dreams did I come up with such a plot twist. I was buzzing and second hand embarrassment almost killed me but man was I enjoying how the story was turning out. A throuple? Really Kelex? I was not expecting that at all, you outdid yourself with this one and I love it to bits.

4.5 stars rounded down
First time I read this, I dnf cos:
1. hadn't read the previous book so all the different characters were sorta all over in my head
2. I know IRL, you should choose who you spend the rest of your life with. And when I had read this back then, my whole intent was for a fated-mate novel, I didn't really like the initial rebuff by Harrison to Raimy

However, since reading Book 2 and being on Team Raimy of not liking Bellamy, I figured I'd give this another try.

This time, I went in knowing with to expect and it wasn't bad in the least. Giving it a 4.5 star cos I liked Raimy and his initially on the team that didn't like Bellamy.
