Bloody Butcher was impossible to put down gripping, clever, and wonderfully atmospheric. It felt so good to be back with Jack and Gem, who truly shine in this fast-paced, twist-filled mystery. The balance between dark crime and cosy storytelling is perfect, and I found myself constantly saying, Just one more chapter. Highly recommend to anyone who loves smart, character-driven thrillers this series just keeps getting better

If you enjoyed the first book, this one is even better. The plot is tighter, the action is sharper, and the twists hit harder. The connections to international crime and intelligence make it feel incredibly compelling.

This book is intense in all the right ways. The characters are engaging, the story is unpredictable, and the pacing never slows down. It’s the kind of thriller you lose sleep over.
