This is a wonderful book!! So many wonderful exercises to explore and learn more of who we are and to bring out more of what we like about ourselves. When the technique is practiced there is space to breath when we get close to "Crossing the Line"(chapter ten). With Consciousness we get to that line and view our situation with a new perspective - and then we decide to cross it in the same old pattern or in a new uplifting way - the choice is pretty clear!
