USA Today Bestselling Author KC Freeman takes readers on an extraordinary adventure to discover why the once beloved archangel of light truly fell and became the greatest evil to ever exist.
A delightfully devilish and sexy reimagined tale of Lucifer’s fall from the heavens.
The Goddess of the Hunt ~ Diana She only wanted to prove her worth to her misogynistic family, but this…this is an epic mistake! Sure, she can hunt anything and slay any manner of beast. But unfamiliar and dangerous feelings threaten to overwhelm her when she falls in love at first sight with the archangel of light. Just one moment is all it will take for a far greater danger than any mythical monster to ensnare her.
The Archangel of Light ~ Lucifer Never once in all of creation has the reputed most beautiful angel in the heavens been tempted into sin until…her. The goddess, Diana, is young, a skilled hunter, and beyond beautiful. Alluring in her innocence, Lucifer experiences feelings he never knew possible—the same emotions he scorned in humanity.
Lucifer would prefer to fly away from Olympus, never to lay eyes on Diana again, never to be tempted to surrender to the sin that now consumes his soul, but when the Creator demands Diana’s assistance to track down an angel killer, he has no other choice but to obey.
Together they will seek divine vengeance, but in doing so they risk more than their lives…they risk succumbing to sin and unleashing the Devil himself.
KC writes mostly urban fantasy and paranormal romance novels. She is partial to angels and showing that even the heavenly can be exciting.
When she is not writing, KC is sitting in her car waiting for her daughter to finish swim practice or waiting in the stands for her daughter to swim. Occasionally, she makes it to her sons' wrestling meets too.
In her spare time…who are we kidding? She doesn’t have any of that.
Thank you to the author, K.C. Freeman, and Henry Roi PR for an advance digital copy of FALLING FOR THE DEVIL.
This lovely book is essentially a romance between, not just two desirable characters who appear in a great deal of contemporary fiction (especially Lucifer, also called Lucie in these pages). It is also a romance between angel mythology and the Greek pantheon, a wonderful story to watch play out.
I enjoyed this book more than I thought I would at the outset, when I worried the the two main characters, Diana and Lucifer, would spend the majority of the book fighting with each other. But that isn't the story Freeman tells and I was vastly entertained from a very early point in the narrative.
Also, wow, this book is spicy, and Freeman writes erotic scenes with a simple beauty that is appreciable. Three hot chillis 🔥🌶

Falling for the Devil is a paranormal fantasy romance that mashes up angels with Greek mythology. Lucifer, the Archangel of Light, finds himself on Mount Olympus, intrigued by the lovely Artemis (although she prefers Diana). But when his brother Olivier arrives with grave news, Lucifer and Diana embark on a perilous journey to uncover a monstrous secret. Along the way, their budding romance is put to the test. Will their love endure?
I enjoyed this book. It was a unique take on the lore/mythology. I liked how angels and demons existed alongside the various gods. Definitely not something you normally see. There are some steamy scenes as Diana and Lucifer give in to their desires, but there's also adventure, action, a small tinge of horror (based on one scene), betrayal, and heartbreak. It's an all-encompassing novel that is well-written and worth a read. 4 stars!
100/10. I loved the book and how it included not only the creator of the universe but also Greek gods and goddesses. Has a smut scene in it. Loved the suspense and the development of Diana and Lucifer and the adventure they go though to find out their true feelings. Would recommend to anyone who like fallen angel romance.

Great world building and realistic characters from the very first action scene to the last. Que the romance and the sex! I admire her ability to weave a believable tale between Mythology and creations's oldest villain.
I really loved the authors take on her story. She has Zeus! Lots of tension and great sex filled with unique and engaging world building. I highly recommend
“Who was this man? Was he another deity, for he seemed to have the strength of the gods?”
⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟
When Diana, Goddess of the Hunt, locks eyes with the Archangel of Light, Lucifer, things change forever. When both are called to hunt an unknown foe, will they be able maintain their growing attraction?
With a unique take on creation, legend and mythology, Falling for the Devil is a spicy offering full of mystery and romance. Diana and Lucifer are well painted characters and overall, I liked Freeman’s writing. I was occasionally taken out of the setting when more modern speech patterns mashed up with more classical speech. Having said that, if you like fantasy romance with spice, this one is probably for you!
Thank you to Henry Roi and @kvcfreeman for the ARC for review.
Uncaged Review: This book is a bit different in the fact that it uses the Greek gods of Zeus, Apollo, etc against the angels. The gods were created to be the protectors of the humans, but have grown lazy. This is a retelling of Lucifer’s falling from Grace, and he is sent to Olympus to find out that many of his legions have been wiped out and they are requesting the help of the master hunter, Diana (Artemis) with finding the killer. But the reaction that Lucifer has toward Diana is unexpected.
The book goes along well, with a lot of action, and even romance, which is forbidden, or is it? What threw this book down the rabbit hole for me is the ending. Lucifer goes from the Creator’s most brilliant son to something pure evil in such a way that it didn’t make sense to me. I would have forgotten some of it with the second book that was supposed to be released months ago, but the author seems to have vanished. So although I thought three fourths of the book was well done, the last part didn’t make a whole lot of sense to me. Reviewed by Cyrene 3.5 Stars
While the was well written it was kind of slow for me in the beginning. At first I had a harder time connecting with it. I am not saying that it isn’t good but slower in the beginning. It does pick up after a little bit. It is a interesting concept of Greek Mythology and Fallen Angels. We journey alongside of Lucifer and Diana (Artemis) as they discover each other and the huge secret. It becomes a mystery that needs to be solved. It started to draw me in as I needed to see what all the games were about. What all the secrets were about. The descriptions in the story really were vivid and helped to picture what was occurring throughout the story. It is a good read.

Falling for the Devil is a mix of Greek Mythology and the Supernatural. Lucifer, well we all know who he would be, gets intrigued by Artemis aka Diana. And Diana is just as intrigued by this newcomer. “Who was this man? Was he another deity, for he seemed to have the strength of the gods?”
This book includes: Spice, sugar, and everything you’d include in an adventure romance. And oh boy what an amazing adventure this was! This was a great start to the series and I can’t wait to see what else is in this series.

I loved the mythological element and I really appreciated how the author chose to start Lucifer's journey before he was the devil. It was exciting seeing the forbidden love between him and Diana, and wow, the sexual tension. I was impressed with the level of chemistry between the two mains and I applaud the author for creating such a beautiful world. Definitely looking forward to the next one!
Thank you Voracious Readers and KC Freeman for my copy! I received an ARC of this book and I am voluntarily leaving a review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Very unique take on a lore/mythology! This was very intriguing and kept me fully engaged from beginning to end! kc’s writing style is one of a kind, and one that I can appreciate oh so much! It’s easy to follow along, and keeps you engaged! We have Lucifer and Diana who set out on a journey to uncover and secret, and quite a secret! But while on this endeavor, their romance is put to the test, In more ways than just one!!! Will they be able to overcome these trials? You get adventure, heartbreak , some betrayal, and lots of action! Overall this is definitely well written, an I have certainly recommended it more than a few times!

An interesting read on Gods and Lust
I thought this was a good read! In the beginning I was intrigued, both with how the author set up the scene, and how they introduced the world of gods. However, as I got farther into the story, I felt like I was losing a bit of interest in the story. I did really like the dynamic between Lucifer and Diana, as there were rules that both had to follow in order to fulfill their destinies. The ending was surprising, but I really liked the direction that the author took. Interesting read!
I had the pleasure of reading an ARC of this and oh my goodness, it did not disappoint! This steamy book was a mix of angels and demons plus mythology with the gods and goddesses. We followed the angel Lucifer and a young goddess who went by the name Diana on a quest to avenge slaughtered angels. Along the way there is action, adventure, danger, and more.
This was more plot than spice, definitely a slower burn. The spicy parts were for sure worth the wait.
Honestly there isnt nothing this author can't write. Falling for the Devil was a brilliant read. Her writing style is beautiful. The chemistry between Lucifer and Diana was off the pages. I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. This is the first book of KC Freeman's that I've read and it definitely will not be the last. This is a fantasy romance that shows the Archangel Lucifer in a new light. If you're into dark fantasy or even just romance packed with adventure this book is definitely made for you!
Well-written. I love the mythological part and the spicy scenes😌 Slow-paced, prolly 'cause it's not interesting enough for me. Furthermore, I find the storyline a little too familiar. However, I'm not really a fan of romance so there's that. If you are, you should definitely read this one.
Absolutely loved the worlds of Greek mythology & angels combined together! And to have the two from each world, that are off limits come together…. Definitely can’t wait to see what else the author comes up with next! SPICEY scenes, love, anger, fear, all the things! 😊
This was a great start to a new series. The character work and story line were well written and kept me reading in one sitting. I can't wait to see where this series takes us next.
