The Biomechanics of Sprinting by Dan Cleather and Jon Goodwin is a fantastic read! The book is informative and follows the typical progression of biomechanics courses—from kinematics to kinetics to muscle forces. It does a great job of explaining high-speed sprinting mechanics in a way that makes complex concepts accessible. It’s clear the authors know their stuff and can break it down for readers. Definitely add this to your reading list of you’re into biomechanics and sprinting!
