A chance chat with a friend, and a heartfelt story about her late father sparked an idea that led to my (currently) one and only novel.
Bittersweet Summer has been a massive journey of learning, and one that has brought me many highs, (and a few lows!)
I have a day job, (plumbing!) So forgive me as I learn but hopefully with a little help and encouragement, who knows, one day I may be a "real" author!

Bittersweet Summer by William Batt is a proper beach read! Spicy, dark in places, relevant and page turning.

Well... This book got my attention from the first page and held it all the way until the end. It kept me guessing... and the answers did't disappoint. Characters are really well written, making you smile to the good guys or squint in disgust to the bad ones. Read it, and you'll understand! 😉

This book has a bit of everything to get your teeth into. Interesting characters with some lowlifes involved in criminality.

The story is erotic and sensual, and certainly leaves you hot under the collar!

A great read to take on your holidays and read on the beach.

I loved the ending of this story, so unexpected. This is a little gem from a debut author and I hope he will be writing more.
