It is a new adult, dark fantasy romance novel. It features slow-burn, enemies-to-lovers troupes and may have triggers of love-hate themes, sexual scenes, references to SA trauma, violence, and jealous/possessive themes. It is part of a series. Fans of Sarah J. Maas, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Raven Kennedy will fall in love with this series.
Melissa is a dark fantasy romance author who loves coffee, dragons, and constantly rearranging her bookshelves. She spends her time writing, reading, and homeschooling her three boys in the Middle-of-Nowhere, North Dakota, where she lives with her boys, husband, dogs, multiple barn cats, and chickens on a small farmstead. She is constantly trying to convince her husband they need to add goats and ducks to the mix, and one day, she'll succeed.

Note: This review is more about the Lady of Darkness series as a whole, not just Lady of Starfire specifically.
The first book was perfect, it had so much potential, but it all went downhill fast and aggressively. I was very close to DNF’ing at the 2nd book because of how absolutely insufferable Scarlett was, but I had already invested so much time(each book is 500-700 pages) and i’m too stubborn. After the horribly disappointing 2nd book it did kind of start to feel like its own story and less like another copied version of TOG. The last 2 books did have a little more of what the other books needed, like the FMC being more tolerable, but the 2nd book was so fucking terrible that you have to force yourself to get through it.
The only enjoyable part of the series is the side characters. From Cyrus never missing an opportunity for*perfect* banter to the ultimate character development in the other characters, they absolutely make this series and add so much to it when the poor writing and repetitive bickering take away from it. The side characters are why i’m adding an extra star to this review. Rayner and Tula? My HEART. I HATED Callan at first, but his transformation from a crybaby to a formidable, strong king willing to go down fighting at the end made me absolutely LOVE him.
My main complaint about Lady of Starfire specifically (besides the ending) is how long it was. All of the books in this series are long, but it bothered me the most in this book. It could have ended several times, and I would think I got to the ending but then I would look at my progress and see that I still had 2 hours left in the book. Towards the end, it just seemed like a bunch of unnecessary fights/twists and turns and random one-thing-after-another events to add to the (already insane) number of pages. A book with alot of pages does not automatically mean a well built immersive experience.Especially when the writing is bad.
Well written and well paced books can (& should) feel short when the plot moves quickly and you’re able to get lost in the characters, action, environment and the way the world works in general. The escape and feeling “transported” is why we read. This series missed the mark in that aspect. It was chaotic, anticlimactic and tedious.
Overall, The amount of time it takes to read these books is NOT worth it. The execution was just off.I really hoped that by the end of the series I would be happy that I pushed through, but I just feel like the 2 weeks I spent reading these 600 page doorstoppers was the most unrewarding decision i’ve ever made. The final ending of the series was the most dull, disappointing, unsatisfying ending i’ve ever read making me regret spending the time I spent on these books.
“Always remember, Starfire, hope is for the dreamers.”
And I can finally let out the breath I've been holding since I started this series and it definitely made its way to the top as one of favorite fantasy romance series.
It's with a heavy heart that now I must part ways with these characters who I followed on this thrilling journey.
The author did such a splendid job with crafting this world (and apparently other worlds we are yet to see) and built up multiple storylines and multilayered characters that cemented itself as an epic fantasy romance.
The characters and the romances were a gift to me.
While I think the last installment dragged a bit and there were a few factors that prompted me to deduct a star but it doesn't take away from the fact that I loved this series and these characters as a whole and I definitely believe this is a must-read for any fantasy romance readers, especially if you love Throne of Glass.
This series includes triggers and dark themes and you can see some of the triggers I listed in my review of book 1.
Finally !!!! After enduring the first 3 books I am happy to say I LOVED the last 2 and I am glad I didn’t dnf the series like I planned it many times during the third book. A couple things bothered me in the first 3 books but I was invested in the story itself and the side characters, at that point I was reading for that reason only. I found Scarlett insufferable, Sorin complicity and Callan a stale bread….. so as I’m sure any reader knows, it is hard to keep reading when the main characters are the ones you don’t like it. The never ending bickering, the unnecessary conversations in the middle of a battle or an important event, the out of pocket humor, the repetitive phrases…… As you can see I have PLENTY to complain about the first 3 books, but I persevered because despite all that the story is good enough and the side characters are all amazing. I get it that the story might feel too similar to other fantasies out there. But I have to say that they all kinda have the same things, so that didn’t bother me. The fourth book was incredible and I FINALLY loved the main couple and also Callan started to grow a backbone so it was better. BUT THIS LAST BOOK WAS AMAZING in my opinion, idk if it’s because I just spent enough time with the characters to actually be in love with them or if it is because the book is actually really good, I can’t tell anymore 😂😂😂 Here I was actually a fan of Scarlett, loved Sorin, LOVED their love, I laughed, cried and found myself holding my breath more times than I could count. The “Sawyer event” had me BAWLING MY HEART OUT …. I had a mix of emotions in this book that I was honestly not expecting since I considered the first 3 books weak. I liked so much that made me really want to read THE LEGACY series. I just might ….. I love ALL side characters but my favorites are : CASSIUS, ELIZA, AZRAEL, TAWYN and NURI. I’m happy that Tava and Drake were very important. Callan finally was the KING he was supposed to be and not a whine little bitch like in the other books. I loved Eliza and her big bad dragon ! I ADORED ADORED, ADORED Rayner and little Tula and their beautiful father/daughter relationship. So yes I have no complains about this last book and it kinda gave a good set up for the Legacy series.
I thank the author for giving me an opportunity to read eARC.
I fucking loved it!
You've ruined me, Melissa, but in a best way!
The. Ending. There's no word to describe how much amazing this whole series was! It was an epic final battle and the beginning of an end. The way author described was everything I could possibly imagine and every single thing makes sense in the end was perfection. I was already read this book with heavy heart but now? I'm devastated and empty and I miss all the characters soo badly.
Scarlett and her family did everything in their powers to take down Alaric and Maraan lords. Powers restores and reborn. Scarlett and Sorin are literally a force to be reckoned with! Cyrus, Cassius, Eliza, and Rayner are lovable found family and I really loved Eliza pov. I had been waiting for her pov to show up because I fell in love with a sapphire eyes broody dragon. Oh, and the Wraiths. Damn, they are the real baddasses.
The story was filled with actions and battles. Plot twists after twists, secrets unravels, Chaos descends, emotional trauma, healing, gods/goddesses, prophecy/curses, bargains, new realms, magical creatures, and many more.
The ending was a well deserved one and filled with happiness to everyone. Though it was a beginning to those who felt like they didn't deserve. It was fulfilling with all the love and I cried. A lot. But..I can't wait to read all other upcoming books the author has planned!
I couldn't recommend this series enough and one of my top favourite series that I'd give my soul to read like first time and also my comfort read.
I don’t not have words for how much I love this series and this was an absolute perfect conclusion!!!! The relationships, the pacing, the plot, the legacy teasers… I laughed I cried I was stressed out of my mind.
I will never not recommend this series and im picky about finales and I have absolutely no bad things to say about this one. These characters will forever hold my heart all the way through the darkness🖤🖤
Giving this series as a whole a 3 star review because I really enjoyed the 1st and 2nd book as well some of the side characters and their development.
BUT, and this is a big juicy but which I haven’t seen a lot of people agree with me on: Talwyn deserved better.
Ok, hear me out:
Sorin was a father figure to her, yet he treats her terrible my from the start of the series. She lost her parents, her mother figure - the attention and love of her father figure - then who she think is her twin flame. All while she’s thrusted into the responsibilities of ruling.
I HATED how everyone fawned over Scarlett but dismissed Talwyn. It really rubbed me the wrong way.
I thought that Talwyn would have a great redemption arc, that she’s get some recognition for the sacrifices she’s made in ruling. That Sorin would properly apologize for abandoning her and that Scarlet would see her as a peer.
This ending though? Having her bow down to the haughty main couple that have become increasingly unlikeable after the second book? NAAAAAAAAH UH
The series would have been a lot more interesting with some true complexity in the character development. Not just the standard “the character you’re supposed to dislike has a minor redemption arc that gets her accepted by the main character whilst still being undeniable below her”
It’s giving Nesta having too lose her powers ti save Feyre. Like damn, why do we have to strip these morally complex women of their power in order to make them likable and acceptable by the main group?
So, 3 stars for a series that could have been 4 if it hadn’t hitched its wagon in scarlet being this absolutely glowing unicorn fierce perfectly imperfect magic heroine.
Yes, I’m bitter
Justice for Talwyn
(Her an azrael had more chemistry then Sorin and Scarlett and I’m convinced anyone who says differently is lying)

5⭐️ 3.5🔥 "I will always come for you" "All the way through the darkness" "So many stars were gone from the sky"
Words simply cannot express my feelings about this book and ultimately the entirety of the series. I am not okay. I don't know how to move on. I don't want to. I love this world and the characters. They will all live with me forever. This series is a part of me now. I was intentionally reading as slow as I could because I was attempting to savor every single word that was written in this book. I spent weeks of life with this series, even dreaming of this world. It is a bitter sweet ending for me.
It's hard to judge just this book alone because it is so entwined with all of the others preceeding it that I have to include all of them in my thoughts. The series was very smart. So many details that were crucial. In fact, every detail was crucial to the story. I never once lost interest and I was constantly craving more and getting very little sleep over the weeks because I couldn't put them down. I was obsessing. This book was heavy and intricate but even with all of that Melissa was able to smoothly incorporate light to help break up all of that heaviness so that it wasn't too much but just enough to portray the severity of the story.
If I had to compare this series to other books, I would equate it to A Court of Thorns and Roses mixed with Game of Thrones. This series is so much more than just a fantasy. It's deeper than that. It teaches you so much about how to deal with the hardships of life. It's about love and sacrifice and finding the light in the darkness of life. I'm so sad it's over but it had a wonderful ending that had me in tears. It has caused me to see things differently. Each chapter is a cliffhanger and going to a different pov. Makes it hard to stop reading at all.
Characters I loved all of the characters! Every single one was perfectly portrayed. I was so annoyed with some and some I had conflicting feelings about but I was supposed to. And now that it's over, I miss them. All of them. The Wraiths were a formiddable team of death that were so perfect and it wouldn't be a complete set without Cassius. Sorin, Briar, and the Inner Court have become my own family and I love dearly. Talwyn, Azriel, and Ashtine are essential to the fae courts and I wouldn't want this story without any of them. Tava and Drake are fierce and loyal friends I couldn't live without. Callan was a pain and, to me, annoying.
Emotions Melissa has an amazing ability in creating such strong emotions that you feel them in your soul. My heart broke, my soul splintered, I laughed from deep in my chest, and I felt such warmth in the love that was portrayed. I actually mourned for the characters that were lost. And the ending had me in tears (happy and sad) that I still have tear marks on my glasses.
Writing and Plot The writing was so good that most of the time I didn't even realize I was reading and it was a movie in my head. Everything was so well described that I even felt like I could nearly smell and feel at times. Like I was really there. I became immersed in this world day after day, page after page. The plot constantly had you on your toes and I felt like I was holding my breath the entire time.
Pacing This is the only part that I have anything remotely negative to say about this book. I feel like the pacing was a bit off. About halfway through the book, it was starting to feel rushed. I feel like this could have gone into another entire book. Also, not all of my questions have been answered. I'm not entirely sure that they were supposed to be but a couple probably should have been explained but they weren't. Other than that, the pacing was on par.
World Building As I said before, this world is one that I didn't want to leave. No, the world building wasn't absolutely perfect but it was still amazing! I never questioned where things were and I was able to imagine it all with ease.
With the new series coming out, and all of the future series, I am looking forward to the continuation of this universe. I know that Melissa will deliver on the cravings that her readers have for more of her work. Thank you for writing this series Melissa. I will forever miss Halaya. Tropes: Slow Burn Fated Mates Friends to Lovers Found Family
Ending Type: HEA (with room to build on)
Below are my SPOILER thoughts and reactions as I read throughout the book (helps refresh my memory/ summarize):
I love where everything comes together in the final book especially all the overlapping characters! I can’t believe it’s over, all I want to do is read about them more & there are so many characters I want to know about!
what a good end to a great series!! I guess you could say it was out of this world (hehehehe). There were so many good moments, sad times, and lord knows these people went through a ton of trauma. Aside from the plot, there was amazing found family; these people chose each other over everything, every time. There were enemies to lovers, friends to lovers, LGBTQ+ romance, and multiple pov from different people who all come together to fight in war, not to mention all the couples were good?! i had my favourites, but i shipped them ALL. Don't know about y'all, but that's rare for me. The spice was also so scrumdillyicious (even better when it was my favourite dragon boy, iykyk). There was every kind of paranormal creature there is: fae, witches, shifters, you name it, this series had it alongside elemental magic. It honestly feels like leaving friends behind, and i love when a series can make such an impact on you. That's how you know you found a good one. I definitely recommend it and all the praise to melissa. I can't wait to read the rest of her work. It was a really fun adventure! All the way through the darkness 🖤
Also, for people who like to compare books and especially those who seem to think that SJM is God....spoiler alert: she's not! She wasn't the first fantasy author, and she will not be the last. People who love to say "this is a carbon copy of TOG" or "basically TOG but worse" and people love to say that about this series. News flash guys: I know this is hard to process, but every idea was taken from somewhere‼️ Believe it or not, even SJM took inspo from other places, so just shut up about plagiarizing comments. That's how books work. Ideas get recycled, but it's up to the author to make it their own. Which is what happened here. Yes, it did feel reminiscent of throne of glass (which I love), and there are a lot of similar elements, but there's also tons of things that weren't in TOG. The author more than made this series her own. So PLEASE stop comparing every fantasy book under the goddamn sun to throne of glass or any other book for that matter cause you are robbing yourself of what could be the start of a great adventure all because you can't move the fuck on.
What a wonderful way to wrap up a series it was excellent and there is room for more characters to have their own books (Rayner I’m looking at you). I loved this series my absolute number one series I’ve ever read!!
I can’t believe I’m done with the series- I Loved it 😭
I just wanna start off by saying that I really appreciate how the author adds little reminders throughout these books. Since this is a longer series with a lot of pages, it’s easy to forget details, but her quick explanations were never overdone — they were just perfect to keep me on track.
As for this particular book, it’s honestly one of my favorites in the series. Everything came together so beautifully, everything was perfectly concluded, and I don’t feel like there were any holes left to fill. The multiple romances that wrapped up in this book were unreal — I felt so emotional with each one. The most impactful to me was definitely Eliza and Razik, because dang, if she didn’t go get her man from those serifs!
Also, Scarlett’s growth throughout these books was absolutely amazing, and I can’t commend the author enough for how perfectly she developed that character. And not just Scarlett — all the characters were fantastic!
But seriously, I can’t even put into words how much I love this series and how perfectly done it was. Even with so much going on, I never felt confused. I’d sometimes wonder how the main character managed to juggle everything, yet somehow, as the reader, I understood it all.
All I can say is that I freaking love this series, and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s into romantasy, fantasy, or both!
SPOILERS * * * * * * I really expected much more from this final book and conclusion of the story. I CANNOT believe that the big scary villain that they've been hyping up for three books basically never shows up???? I was waiting the entire book. And the "final" battle wasn't even that good or dramatic. Barely anyone died they found a workaround for practically everyone to live. AND there are still so many unanswered questions like I know there are some planned prequel books but I think some of the important questions should have been answered like the two men in the mirror gates and also the girl that looked like Nuri ?? and Ceithin and Kalia's relationship what is she and if they aren't twin flames who is Ceithin's twin flame ALSO what about Rayner what is going to happen to Tula there are so many things left unanswered I can't believe I read 5 books plus the bonus chapters and novella and there are still unknown things also Saylah was the most useless character and goddess ever she barely did anything and she didn't add much to Scarlett's character development.
I am once again saying that this entire series was incredibly similar to ToG there were even some direct parallels to Kingdom of Ash although nothing compares to KoA I was hoping the final battle scene would be just as epic but unfortunately we did not get that. I enjoyed Eliza's chapters and relationship with Razik 100x more than any character of this series. I could've read spinoff books of just them. Overall if I hadn't read ToG and loved the series so much this could have been a good series. I will say the story building and world is very complex but it was way too complex to follow I kept getting confused and lost with all the different names and powers. A good read but probably would not dedicate the same time and energy to read this series again

I need everyone to read this IMMEDIATELY. This series is phenomenal. You go on such a journey with all of these characters. I loved Throne of Glass, but The Lady of Darkness series blew it out of the water for me.
The Lady of Darkness does have similar vibes to Throne of Glass, but there is more of a dark romantasy element to it. I do not have the words to express the love I have for it. It is not talked about enough.
The series is written in a way that every character is a main character, you get so much depth from all of them. You get their POV’s, their past, their fears, their pain, you get all of it which makes this series so unique.
The found family in this one? Chefs fucking kiss. Seeing how far they all came, and the relationships they built over these 5 books was nothing short of beautiful. The sacrifices every single one of them were willing to make for their friends and people broke my heart. One too many times. CAN’T EVERYONE JUST BE HAPPY?
Cyrus is absolutely my favorite fucking character and he deserves nothing short of the world. I will gladly be a throuple with him and his lover.
Scarlett. Sorin. Callan. Tava. Drake. Sawyer. Ashtine. Briar. Nakoa. Eliza. Cyrus. Cassius. Cethin. Kaila. Rayner. Kaz. Nuri. Juliette. Talwyn. Azriel. Sloan. Finn. Neve. Hazel. Stellan. Arianna. Beatrix. Mordecai. I will miss you all & will forever hate that I can’t read this series for the first time again.
Alaric. Balam. Gehenna. Tarek. Mikale. You all suck ass. 👍
"Like the stars love the night, Scarlett. All the way through the darkness."
Infinity stars. ♾️⭐️
Where do I even begin? My heart is full and sad at the same time. This book is EVERYTHING. This series is everything. I'm so sad it's over, but this ending couldn't have been any better.
The epicness of the battles and the secrets coming to light. The romance, the badassery of the Wraiths of Death. The power! Oh, and the revenge. Sweet sweet revenge.
I cried, laughed, cried some more, laughed more, yelled "fuck yeah!" an obnoxious amount of times, and had my mind blown on this journey. These characters and this series have my whole heart and mean the absolute world to me. It is my favorite series of all time, ever, and I will recommend it until the day I die and probably even after that. I'll be haunting people so they read this series (yes I'm that dramatic 😂).
Seriously though, this series has everything fantasy romance lovers crave in an amazing series; spectacular world-building, badass FMC, MMC, and side characters (who really are like main characters), a fantastic magic system, TENSION, romance, betrayal, heartache, mental health rep, hilarious banter, villians you hate & some you might end up not hating; all of the things that stir up every emotion you could possibly think of.
Melissa created characters and a world I love to be lost in and i'll be getting lost in it over and over ❤️
I liked this a lot. I loved seeing the different romances bloom and where everyone was at in the story. It felt less "epic" than I wanted and drug out for a bit too long for me though.
Absolutely loved it. Love the multi POV, love the characters and their family.
Not quite a 5 star due to some rushed storytelling - Eliza's twin flame mark and Callan's last few chapters felt super rushed. Also lots of convenient last second solutions so that no one central died.

4.25 stars. Solid ending! I really enjoyed this series overall. Lady of Embers was definitely my favorite of the bunch. Cassius and Cyrus were my favorite characters hands down. I read all the bonus chapters on Melissa’s website and definitely recommend you do so too. There is so much bonus content on there. Now on to The Legacy Series!
And that's a wrap on this wild emotional rollercoaster of a binge read! The most ambitious, high stakes, and beautifully bittersweet instalment in the series, Lady of Starfire ends this epic romantasy series with an absolute bang and launches it straight into my stack of comfort favourites!
I really loved my journey with this found family of tragically broken souls, and I was way more emotionally invested by the end than I could ever have anticipated. Especially books 4 and 5 really blew me away, not only in terms of powerful character work, but also in how meticulously everything was plotted out all along.
The scope of this story truly just kept expanding with each instalment, and I was honestly getting nervous about whether Roehrich would be able to weave all the threads together in a satisfying way. But honestly, I should never have worried, because she nailed this finale. It strikes the perfect balance between being action-packed and character-driven, ending all the individual character arcs and the overarching fantasy plot in a masterful way!
The world building is simply breathtaking and so immersive; from the tense political landscape between all the different races, to the rich lore, to all the wondrous magical powers, to the awe-inspiring fantastical creatures (yes, here there be dragons!), and last, but certainly not least, to all the tantalising bits of hidden/twisted history about both this world and other worlds that are revealed in the most jaw-dropping ways. I desperately need to read more books in this universe!!
As for the romance, I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how that all developed over the course of the series. I'll admit that Scarlett & Sorin really got on my nerves in the first three books with all their bickering and secrecy, but their growth together in books 4 and 5 was astounding. That said, they always remained my least favourite couple in the series, and I think all the other POV characters with their personal romantic entanglements were the true highlights of this series.
Especially the newest POV in this instalment offered a slow-burn enemies to lovers dynamic that had me giggling and kicking my feet in all the best ways. And I also deeply appreciated the beautiful and tender queer romance introduced from book 4 onwards, their dynamic warmed my heart so much.
The way that themes of mental health, trauma, redemption, forgiveness, healing, queerness, friendship, and complicated familial bonds are explored in this series has honestly really left an impact on me. Each of these characters has their own inner demons to battle, and I really liked the masterful interweaving of the internal and external conflicts. Also, I deeply appreciate that none of their struggles are suddenly cured because they find love in their life; the romances provide comfort and a guiding light, but everyone still has to put in the hard work to find their bright stars in the darkness, and I loved that raw and authentic representation.
Now, I do have to say that I think this finale was almost a little too perfect for my tastes. There was some potential for great sacrifices and losses, but instead most things got tied up just a bit too neatly considering how incredibly high stakes this story is made out to be. Yet at the same time, I ate up all the exciting 'here comes the cavalry' moments, was riveted by the unravelling of clever schemes, adored the sheer epicness of all the magical battles, and really loved the peaceful and wholesome sequence of falling action that closes out this novel.
I am honestly very sad to be parting with these characters now, this has become a true comfort read for me! If you are looking for a romantasy series where the delicious romance elements are just as strong as the beautifully immersive and masterfully crafted fantasy story, then you have to check out the Lady of Darkness series. Gosh, that was a wonderful binge!
I feel so torn writing this review. There are characters that I truly connected with and others that I could not tolerate. "'Do not speak to me of sacrifice,' Scarlett snarled. 'No, Sister, Nuri sniped back, taking a step toward the queen. 'You do not speak to me of sacrifice after what I have been forced to do these last few months while you've been learning fancy tricks across the sea.'" I think there was a huge misopportunity of having POV chapters for all the wraiths. Why we didn't get Nuri or Juilette perspectives but got Cyrus... is truly beyond me or even Cassius, for that matter. I was robbed of Nuri & Cai's romantic backstory. I think getting their side of things of this series would have been incredible. "'The only place I do not need my armor," she whispered, her hand coming up to cup his cheek, eyes searching his. 'Never with me , mai dragocen.'" Eliza and Razik won this book over for me. There was not enough of them. I want an entire series of just them. "'I am yours, and you are mine. I choose you, above all others. Always.'" I am so happy with how Az and Talwyn finish off their story. I was really holding my breath to see them through. I have to say there is so much potential in this entire series. The ending fell short for me and was extremely anticlimactic.
This book has SO MUCH packed into it! I absolutely loved this conclusion to the series. I'm an HEA girly and this book did NOT disappoint. There are so many side characters and story lines that needed to be wrapped up, and I would say most of them were wrapped up in a beautiful little bow. If not, they were at least mentioned for some sort of conclusion. I also read all of the side novellas for the additional conclusions. Ms. Roehrich DELIVERS when it comes to a satisfying ending.
Scarlett, Sorin, Eliza, Callan, Cassius, and Cyrus are still recovering from past traumas while at the same time fighting against Alaric, Mikale, and fate. This book is filled with battles, training sequences, and heart-felt scenes.
I cannot wait to read more from Melisa Roehrich!

i have no words at how utterly heartbreaking yet beautifully written this master piece is. melissa is on track to be writing like SJM’s dark fantasy twin sister.
the banter is perfection. the world building is on par with the best of the best fantasy authors out there. the plot twists have a death grip on you. and the heartache you feel for the characters? it’s gut wrenching! i’ve been screaming for weeks for anyone who will listen to me to read these books!!
the CHILLS and TEARS this book gave me. the GRIP it had on my SOUL??? i haven’t felt this way about a book since FBAA or ACOTAR/TOG. i’m SO SO happy i found these books and thank you melissa for the opportunity to read this arc.
Well, this was quite the ride. While I have to admit that I did not always grasp every development and did not always understand how a problem was solved, I enjoyed this immensely. I have come to love the characters and this world and if you're into fantasy, I highly recommend this series. I won't give away too much because this is the last book and I don't want to spoil anyone's fun. But this made me laugh and cry and I will definetly go back one day!
All The 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It’s hard to find words to express how much I love this series. Melissa K Roehrich’s characters are so incredible and complex. They have completely burried themselves into my heart. What really draws me to her writing is her focus on mental health and how much the characters support each other to overcome trauma and find that they are worthy of that support and happiness. Lady of Starfire was the perfect wrap up to the series. All the pieces of the puzzle I had been gathering fit just right and I was not disappointed with the ending.
