This book brought out so many emotions for me that were so unexpected. I have witnessed mental health psychotic breaks in my family and the author's description of Josiah have a bipolar episode as so on point and heartbreaking. Reading about the pain that Sade and Donovan go through and try to save eachother, all for love is so bittersweet!

I fell in love with this series as I read the first book, He Found Me. Once I start a series, I have the need to read the entire series. So, I knew that as I had started the series after all the books were published, I would be going from book to book until I completed the entire series. Especially as the first book has helped me heal from the abuse I suffered at the hands of my ex-husband.

This book continued depicting Sadie's fight to survive and her drive to see a better tomorrow. I.S.A. Bella's depiction and picture makes it so easy to empathize with Sadie. I love how devoted Donovan has become to Sadie since their reunion in He Found Me. You can just see how safe he makes Sadie feel, and he has made her start to glow, and it's that glow you can see through the entire book.

I.S.A. has created a plot and sub-plot that wraps around you and through the pages of this book that leave you praying that Donovan is strong enough to protect Sadie and see her through to the end. There is this thread of hope and heartbreak through the entire book that leaves you wondering what's going to happen next. This entire book is a demonstration of how powerful love and resilience really is.

Donovan is determined to prove to Sadie that no matter what, nothing and no one can destroy their bond. Sadie, on the other hand, is scared to keep Donovan close. She doesn't want him to get hurt because of her. Or she doesn't want him to run because he can't handle her crap anymore. She would rather he just go if he's going to go while Doni is trying to prove the opposite to Sadie.

This is a heavy book; it's not for the faint of heart. This book, like He Found Me, is full of Sadie hardships and challenges. Sadie never realizes just how strong she really is, and she never gives herself the credit that she is due. Her will to survive and thrive is just amazing.

For me, this book reminded me that no matter how dark the day, how bad the time, no matter the heartbreak, there's always a ray of sunlight to shine through the darkness to light your path and guide your way. It reminds me of the power of love and how far love can take you.

I do have to warn you, there is a nasty cliffhanger in this one that will leave you demanding the next book RIGHT THIS MINUTE! If you haven't read, He Found Me, go and read it, you're not going to regret it, if you've read the first book, then you are ready and have no reason not to be reading He Saved Me. You're not going to have to wait for book 3 when you're done, as the entire series is all published now.

I.S.A. Bella is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. This book was amazing. I cried so much I think my soup had more tears than broth! This is book 2 in the Beautiful broken pieces series and it was a continuation of Sadie and Doni's story. After Sadie's abusive father is out of the picture and no longer a threat, Josiah is literally losing his mind. He blames Sadie and attacks her. When she's finally healed, she's kidnapped by Christian who knows about Sofia. When I read that Sadie was gone for 2 weeks, my heart broke! I can't imagine the torture Christian put her and Tia through. I really wanted to see Doni step up a little more though. He does a lot for Sadie and Sofia, but I feel like he backs down too easily. I.S.A Bella uses some sort of magic in her writing because anytime I'm reading one of her books I am completely immersed in the story. I start reading and don't even realize the story is ending. Her writing style is so easy to follow, yet descriptive enough that you get a clear picture in your head of what's going on. And while a lot of authors get lost in the little details when being descriptive, I.S.A. Bella doesn't do that. The details are there, but its worked into the story in such a way that it doesn't bore you. I absolutely loved this one, just like book one and I can't wait to get into book 3. I highly recommend reading book 1 and 2 so far. Don't add this to your tbr, read it now!! However, please check the trigger warnings before starting, as this does get a little dark.

This is the second book in the series. I literally chose this book because I am quite curious about what will happen after the first half.
The intensity of Sadie's struggle is beautifully depicted, making it easy to empathise with her. Donovan DuPont's unconditional devotion for Sadie glows through the pages, creating a captivating interplay between the characters. The gripping plot keeps readers guessing about whether Donovan's commitment to protect Sadie will be enough in the end. With a great balance of heartbreak and hope, this story is a riveting read that demonstrates the power of love and resilience.

Sadie's fear to keep Doni close and his unwavering determination to prove that their bond is unbreakable create an enthralling dynamic. I won't ruin the surprises, so plunge into these books and expect to be completely captivated. You will not be sorry if you decide to read them.

This is not a narrative for the faint of heart, as it goes deeply into the characters' hardships and challenges. Their fortitude and drive to survive will astound you. Amid the heartbreak, there is a ray of optimism, reminding us of the wonderful power of love. However, be prepared to be frustrated by a cliffhanger finish that will leave you wanting more.
Now, I will definitely read the third series of the book..
Go ahead and read it 👍👍

This is the second book of this series. It picks up where book one left off, so I suggest reading them in order. This is definitely not for the faint of heart and the trigger warnings should be checked before continuing. I’m still on a roller coaster ride that is having my emotions trying desperately to stay in control! That ending! I need more!

The way I.S.A. Bella describes all the struggles these teens face, while also bringing awareness to abuse and mental health is described perfectly. The events that Sadie experienced are unbelievable and eye opening because there are truly people in the world that experience what she has been through. Her need to protect Donovan was boarder line aggravating for me. I wanted to jump in the book and talk some sense into her. Donovan’s loyalty and determination to prove to her he isn’t going anywhere was great. I do wish that he would open up to her and push her to explain why she felt the way she did though.

I really hope that the side characters get a book(s) of their own. I love their loyalty and support. That ending though!!!! This whole book had my heart breaking more, but I can’t stay away. I have to keep reading to find out what happens!

I received an advanced readers copy. These thoughts and opinions are my own.

The second book in the Beautiful Broken Pieces Series, He Saved Me, starts right where the first book ends. The first book left us with a major cliffhanger and book 2 wastes little time answering the questions of that cliffhanger. Once again, definitely need to be aware of the trigger warnings of this book as it is definitely difficult subject matter.
Just as in book 1, the author has written such an emotional and realistic book. The fear, pain, sorrow, and happiness is so real and it just jumps out at you and grips you as you read through it. Another "edge of your seat book" as you are left wondering how much one person can truly handle before they fully break.

Again, the character development is out of this world and you are left really rooting for true love to conquer all evil. But the way the book is written, you are left in doubt that it will ever happen. I think that's why it's so riveting. You keep rooting for the characters to finally get their HEA.
But will it happen? Will Sadie and Donnie finally get the love they deserve? How about Tia and Ash? And what about Sadie's mom and brother? I am eagerly waiting for book 3 to hopefully get these questions answered.

He Saved Me is the second book in the Beautiful Broken Pieces Series by ISA Bella. This book picks up right where we left off after the cliffhanger in book 1, He Found Me. Once again, the author has written an emotional draining book that will take you on a roller coaster ride of emotions. He characters are relatable and real. Their pain is palpable and I just want to reach out a give them all a big hug. This book mainly centers on the relationship growing between Sadie and Donovan, but there are so many wonderful secondary characters, and I hope at some point we get to here more of their stories. I feel like the dance between Sadie and Doni is getting a little stale, so I hope in the third book we see them finally together and stronger than ever. I mean really, how much can one girl go through before she gets some happiness and stability in her life! This book ends on a cliffhanger and has many loose ends for several of the characters, so I will be patiently waiting for book 3 to find out what is going to happen for everyone.

WOW! This story takes off right where the first book left off and it is non-stop. Even when you think Sadie is going to get a break, the mess that surrounds her just keeps coming. She loves Donovan so much and is trying to do what she thinks is best to keep him and her other loved ones safe, and Donovan tries to do what he can to make things right for Sadie. There are so many twists and turns, I was gasping non-stop it feels like. There is some major trauma and serious mental health issues addressed as well as some severe domestic abuse/violence that does happen, but it's all a part of their journey that they have to get through. The one thing that makes them both strong enough to get through is the strong bond and love Sadie an Doni have for each other and the strong support systems they both have with some family and friends. It ends on a cliff-hanger and I'm dying to find out what happens next - cannot wait for the next instalment!!

Much like the first book, the best words I way I can describe this one is heartbreakingly beautiful. It is beyond an emotional read, but I was absolutely there for it. I would count myself lucky if I possessed even half of the strength that Sadie does. This girl has just been handed horrible situation after horrible situation in her life and is still an absolute joy and while she loves hesitantly love, she loves so fierce. I love watching the found family that she has amongst her friends and I'm holding out hope for her and Donnie to get their crap together.
Normally when I read a series, I always wish it was one book, so I can get to the resolution. With these books, I have been so glad to have the time to sit with what I just experienced. Because it definitely is an experience and needs to be processed and thought over.

After Finishing He Found Me the beginning of Dino and Shorty’s epic love story , i honestly did not think book 2 could possibly compare . Well I was wrong . Sadie And Donnie’s journey continues and prepare yourself because it’s not a easy one by any means . It’s filled with heartbreaking and heartfelt moments, trauma , love , second chances, obstacles, angst , unexpected surprises, family , friendships, character growth , non stop action , drama , moments that will make you smile , make you laugh and make you cry so hard . In shorts it’s a emotional rollercoaster that will keep you up reading and have you fighting to keep your eyes open because it’s just that addicting

What an emotional freaking ride! Sadie and Donnie’s story is such a roller coaster! Sadie has had to grow up so early and take on so much responsibility. Along with dealing with taking care of everyone else’s drama.

This one is a fast read it’s short but filled with important information!

I love how the author writes about true experience and puts her heart and soul into this series. It’s a deep emotional riveting read!

My only con is the editor errors that are still happening. Simple ones a beta or arc reader should have caught. (I won’t take a star away for something that is an editors job!) special when the writing is strong!

This book continues the story of Sadie, Donovan, Josiah, Tia, and the gang of friends we were introduced to in the first book. It is another very emotional read with triggers for domestic violence, violence, and mental health issues. You will once again be rooting for the main characters who are going through a lot throughout the story. The book is well written and the only negative I have is that I liked the book but found myself getting frustrated with the on again off again feel of the relationship between Sadie and Donovan. I wish there was more of a connection with them.

First off I wanted to say make sure you read the trigger warnings. Second I had a crush on a boy names Doni in high school and it’s not a common name so it put a smile on my face when I saw it. This story has so many ups and downs that you have the really great highs when things are great but then you have the lows when they are not. My heart was hurting for Sadie. I was able to connect to her and almost feel what she was going through. As a new to me author I was so surprised that this book got me like that. I can’t wait to read the next book!

This book is so freaking emotional! I couldn't stop crying. This author really pulls you in the first few pages, and then you're sucked in. I don't want to spoil this for anyone so I'm not going to go into too much details. But you have to read this book. There are triggers, more than in book one, but it's also a beautiful story. That freaking cliffhanger is going to kill me. I cannot wait until the series is complete. Please ISA BELLA, give Donnie and Sadie a HEA! I cannot wait until book 3.

This is the second book and the conclusion of Donovan and Mercedes story. I don’t know why she pushes him away and why not go to the police about her ex. I never read a book, were a girl has so much misfortune like Sadie. Donovan was always beating himself up, I felt really sorry for him. All in all the ending was a bit short after that exhausting journey for all of them. But it said to continue so maybe there is more.

I was given an ARC for my honest review.

This is book 2 of the series Broken Pieces. Once again this was an emotional roller coaster of a read. You could feel the pain and sadness within these pages. This book really pulls you in and makes you feel so much.

How much does one have to go through before they get their HEA (I don’t know how much more my heart can take). This book ends on a cliffhanger as well.

I so appreciate the disclaimer at the start of the book. When the disclaimer mentioned potential trigger due to mental health issues discussed, I never thought it would be about characters who suffer from being Bipolar. She wrote about it factually and not like an author that was just throwing things out there to write words. The book was very emotional for me and it does end with a cliffhanger. As with the first book, I couldn't put it down as I turned to the last page,d I still wanted more.

Omg this book!!! I thought I felt all the emotions in the previous book but I was wrong. There were so many more emotions to be felt. This book starts off right after the first one (He Found Me) so it will need to be read to understand the background information. But this book did not disappoint. There was action, drama, suspense and emotions. Donovan and Sadie are two of my favourite characters and their battle for love is inspiring!

The saga continues with Sadie and Donnie. Sadie is torn between her love for Donnie but her need to keep him at a distance to keep him safe. Their two worlds collide. Emotions escalate between love and being together or staying apart to keep Donnie safe and away from the cruelty that continually invades her life. This series is very emotional and heartbreaking but also very good. I highly recommend it but do advise to pay close attention to the trigger warnings.

This is book 2 of the Broken Pieces series. It starts right up from the cliffhanger that the first book leaves you on. The character development is exactly what you would want from the 2nd book in a 6 book series. The characters are relatable and real. The story is all the emotions rolled into one. Literally an emotional rollercoaster. Can not wait to see what the rest of Sadie and Donnie’s story is. ❤️

So good! Book2 of the Beautiful Broken Pieces series. Learned so much more about Sadie and Donovan. Everything they have gone through and they will go through only seems to. Bring them apart and snap them back together again. I’m not sure that anything can really break them, but I guess I’ll see in the next one. I can’t wait! Highly recommend and as always check your triggers!

I received an advanced review copy for free and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

There are trigger warnings at the beginning of the book that need to be headed in regards to domestic abuse. This book continues where the first left off. Sadie has been through so much trauma and it doesn’t get any easier. She has Donnie to lean on but she’s afraid for his safety. They have so much to work through to try to have a relationship. This book ends with a cliffhanger!

ISA BELLA did it again! This was an amazing read I couldn't put it down!! The book picks up right from the ending in book one. The emotions in this book are definitely stronger. The author expands more of Donnie and Sadie's relationship. Sadie can't catch a break, but I am hoping Donnie and Sadie will get their HEA. I cannot wait for book three!

These books are really good. Check the triggers, but they are must reads. I love the love between Doni and Shorty (Sadie). It's so pure. There's just so much that they have to go through though. She can't be convinced to keep him around, but he won't stop pursuing her trying to convince her that they can't be apart. I won't ruin it for you so go read the books. You won't regret it.

I have just binged the first 3 books back to back as I could not put them down.

I was totally addicted to Sadie and Donovan's story. I understood Sadie's need to protect herself considering everything she has been put through but I loved the way Donovan was there for her no matter what!

After being childhood best friends and then being ripped apart. The minute they are reunited their connection is instant and undeniable and like no time had passed.

Just when I think Sadie can take any more she gets dealt even worst hands! i am amazed at her strength and the amazing friends that are more like family she has all around her.

These cliff hangers are brutal!! This series continues to keep me on the edge of my seat, dying to know what is going to happen next, when Christian and friends are going to show up next, whether Sadie and Donnie will have a happy ending at some, if Sadie's brother will be okay, etc.

Highly recommend the series so far and can't wait to jump into the next book to see what's next.
