Clear basic information. It is not wow butit vontains all the basics in a graphical succint way that sticks with you. There is not go-vegan bs but rather recommendations to be mindful about how, when, what and how much you eat
Thoroughly enjoyed reading this quality, and well written, book about nutrition to my youngest son as part of his Food Technology elective. The information was well presented and it covered a lot of the curriculum points well.
I really enjoyed this book. It is a good overview of the basics of nutrition. It is easy to read with lots of illustrations. It contains lots of good information, some of which was a review for me and some of which was new to me. I plan on purchasing a copy to keep on my shelf.
