Well written book. If you are looking for just one good handbook on how to invest in stocks this book should be your go-to selection. The author mixes all the technical nuances with applied investment cases to make your learning process as straight forward as possible.

A very informative read; worth its weight in gold.
The book is far away from the "get rich quick" litterature, it tells the hard truth, exactly what might seem "boring", but it is what really works.
The concepts are explained in order with lots of details and examples. It's a full guide, providing with a complete set of tools which will help assessing your investments with professionalism. A very valid section is also at the appendix where some real cases for investment are addressed.
Beware, you cannot stop at just reading: you need to use these tools, create your valuation models, assess ideas, make thorough reasearch and dedicate time and mental focus in order to master the game. This means to read it more than once and have it readily available as a reference at all time.
Overall, I have appreciated Iyad's broad and unconventional experience, his vision and lifestyle, wich I share on many aspects. Thumbs up for his endeavour.

November 11, 2023It could be something it taught me. It could be something that helped me overcome it. I could love the writing style, the complexity and the illustrations. It could be that it reminds me of a certain time in my life. It could remind me of curling up next to my wife and watching her eyes widen with excitement as I read the most boring stock investment book to her.
