Rockson and his most trusted crew starts the book with the cleaning of the lower levels of dead and toxic radioactive aftermath of the nuke. Rath again undermines Ted make me think that he is a Russian plant. Randolph joins Rath to block Ted from taking his position. Which isn't anything that Ted wants. Ted gets a broad band communication from Russia asking for Ted assistance in the removal of the KGB threat. Rockson again captures radio unit to call Russia and commit to plan. the Russian American President has a visit of George Washington's ghost within a dream. Once again rock must fall back to killing a slave in order to acquire assistance. Will Rockson survive? Duh There is a volume 10
