Twisted Brotherhood’s president, Grave Robber, is a man in mourning after the murder of his daughter and wife. He knows the culprit and will get his revenge. One thing he promised himself: never impregnate another woman.
His word is his vow. He’ll never break it.
Aubry Baldwin unexpectedly uncovers gossip about San Francisco’s assistant mayor that leads her straight to the Twisted Brotherhood MC. She’s only there for a story until she sees Grave Robber. The club president is intimidating, enticing, and oh so sexy. He’s got all the charm and charisma of a badass biker and none of the sweet tenderness a girl like her should desire.
Months after a drunken one-night-stand, Grave Robber finds himself at a crossroads–Aubry is pregnant and he is screwed.
Now, the very man who murdered his wife and child is after Aubry. Grave Robber will keep her safe, but he can’t get attached. Aubry’s a good girl. She deserves someone better.
Can Grave Robber protect his baby mama or will he lose another person he loves?

I enjoyed this book very much. The story was engaging and sexy. Grave Robber went through some seriously hard times.
Grave Robber stared at the headstones. He hadn’t been back in over two years. Not since the day the stones had been placed. It had been too difficult to face the ground that now housed his family.
This author was new to me and I will definitely be reading more in the future.
Grave Robber is enthralling read, even as certain content tested my limits, especially early on. My eyes were glued to the page, even if I needed to pause, it was never for long. The suspense of the plot along with the fiery passion of the romance takes this from a simmer to a rolling boil of a worthwhile read.
As mentioned, this book tested my limits. Although it’s not a dark romance per se, there were dark aspects in which I had to confront whether I could push through or not. I pushed through, but not always easily. Some elements were rather jarring for me to comfortably read. A potential trigger warning I think is fair to share is the fact the blurbed one night stand involves our lead Aubry drunk— and only she is the drunk part. It’s not a mutual drunken one night side, and I wasn’t sure how I felt about our titular dark hero Grave Robber continuing on the act without Aubry’s sober consent. It wasn’t an issue within the narrative, but it still did cause me a pause and I imagine others may feel the same.
This book doesn’t gloss over the motorcycle club scene, and I wasn’t prepared for how far it would go to see the exact type of scene at hand. Sex is in the air everywhere for everyone, and at times I couldn’t help but feel women were treated more like objects than human beings. It further tested my comfort levels. I can’t say I ever fully overcame feeling off put by those types of scenes in particular.
However, I do believe this discomfort says more about me than the book. The book is very well written, its plot is consistent and very suspenseful, and overall you walk into a story that engages you wholly. And I absolutely felt that. There was no going back, I needed to keep going. I was addicted. I couldn’t take my eyes off the pages. I needed to see this through.
There is a lot of suspense in this one, and that is probably my favorite part— the sense of danger is palpable, undeniable and kept my heart racing!
To sum it up, while I can’t say I always felt comfortable reading this book, I can say my attention never wavered. I was immersed within every word, every page turned. The suspense kept my pulse accelerating. I needed to know what was going to happen and I’m glad I kept going and crossed that finish line. It was different sort of read for me, and sometimes that’s exactly what I need. 3.5✨

Tropes: MC Accidental Pregnancy OTT
Told in dual POV Grave Robber starts off with none other than Rhett Carter aka Grave Robber himself at the funeral for his late wife and unborn daughter. As the story progresses we learn he is trying to get justice for their murder. But what happens when three years later Grave Robber comes across a reporter snooping around trying to write a story about the man who murdered his family. Will he be able to keep her safe or will she fall victim to the same fate?
Aubrey is writing a story for a magazine about the Twisted Brotherhood and the assistant Mayor. What happens when one night of drunken passion leads to a surprise pregnancy with the man she interviewed? Grave Robber has enemies who are out to hurt him at any cost.
This book is super smutty. At times I thought to myself if the author wrote a story around smut lol. But the plot is great and I love the chemistry between Grave Robber and Aubrey. It’s filled with action, drama, a smudge of mystery and oh so much smut. The plot was great, I didn’t feel like I’ve read the story before as I have with some books in the past.
To recap, if you enjoy MC trope or you MMC OTT and/or boy boy/good girl, Grave Robber was a great read I think you will really enjoy. 10/10 would definitely recommend! I look forward to reading more by this author!
I received a free copy and am leaving a voluntary review.
This book had such an emotional grip on my heart, I felt so sad for grave robber but when he collides with Aubrey I was happy for him. The surprise pregnancy took me by surprise, after this man said he wouldn't have kids.....well here it comes. He is possessive and protective. I love how they tangle with each other. The book was spicy and just so well written.
After suffering through not 1 but 2 losses, Grave Robber makes a vow he intends to keep to the grave…until Aubry. After overhearing a conversation not intended for her ears, like the true journalist she is, she throws herself into the investigative story and it leads her down a path she never saw for herself. After their run In together leads to a very unexpected surprise, the love story that unfolds for these 2 is absolutely magnificent! I was hooked from the first page and absolutely could not put this book down. The story flowed so well, the writing was very well done and the spicy scenes spiced without taking too much away from the story itself. Would absolutely recommend and I can’t wait to read more from the Twisted Brotherhood MC!

*ARC Review* The book begins as Grave Robber, a motorcycle club president and Veteran is burying his wife and unborn daughter - he makes it his mission to find out who murdered them while never getting another woman pregnant again. This book was very engaging as it was written by 2 POV’s, but a few times in the beginning I got caught up in the amount of adjectives used. Overall, kept me reading and interested and I can’t wait to read more!
I received a copy of Grave Robber through NetGalley. This was an accidental pregnancy with a badass MC president and a nosy journalist. Grave Robber and Aubry were captivating characters (even when Grave Robber was a douche canoe and Aubry was being a hard headed heifer 😂). All of Grave Robber's red flags looked green to me. And hello spice! 🌶🌶This is a book that you can devour in one sitting. I need the second book ASAP!
I've read a few different MC romances, and Grave Robber quickly became one of my favourites.
The story didn't move too quickly for me, so I was able to follow along with the plot easily, and the spice was on point. Absolutely loved that once he realised he had some feelings for her, he stopped using other women for release and stayed with just her, much to a certain strippers dismay.
Can't wait to see where Skye goes next with this series. Will definitely be buying the physical book to go on my trophy bookcase right alongside some other MC books

Grave Robber (Twisted Brotherhood MC Book 1) by Skye McNeil Review 5⭐️4🌶
Who didn't love when Sons of Anarchy became a worldwide hit? Ladies around the world were ready to drop those panties for Jax Teller. Well, this is the book version of that show, with so many differences that keeps you in a chokehold throughout the whole book!
Aubry is a stubborn and sassy journalist who is on a mission to dig into the illegal activities between the assistant mayor and the motorcycle club, Twisted Brotherhood. Little does she know, she is about to uncover a lot more than she had expected. She knew that illegal activities were going down between the two, she didn't know that she had bit off more than she can chew. After a single night between Aubry and the motorcycle clubs' president, she finds herself pregnant, and he finds himself breaking the vow that he had promised himself a long time ago, never get another woman pregnant, not after his wife and unborn daughter had been murdered and he was still trying to seek his revenge.
Aubry is the typical "good girl" and despite how brash and unappealing she should find Grave Robber, she quickly realizes that that hardened stone of a man has taken up a big space in her heart.
Grave Robber is your typical badass biker president, one who is never to be crossed. He has made it his life's mission to seek revenge on the man who killed his wife and daughter, and to NEVER get another woman pregnant. Little did he know that a sweet and stubborn journalist would not only have him breaking his own rules, but also weaseling her way into his ice cold heart.
You will not regret picking up this book and loving both Grave Robber and Aubry and wanting so much more between the sweet and sassy woman and her sour patch of a baby daddy.

Rhett Carter, AKA Grave Robber, president of the Twisted Brotherhood MC, is still grieving the loss of his wife and daughter. He knows they were murdered by Joseph Yates but he can't prove it....yet. The only thing he knows for certain is that he will never put himself in this position again to lose a child.
His Word is his Vow. He'll never break it.
Aubry Baldwin is a sassy reporter working for a gossip magazine. She uncovers some dirt on the assistant mayor of San Francisco and ends up at the Twisted Brotherhood MC. She meets Grave Robber, and while he is very intimidating and gruff, he is also very sexy. They spend one drunken night together that leads to a surprise pregnancy. Yates is now threatening Aubry's life and Grave Robber is now in the position to possibly lose another woman and child. Aubry is not going to hide and will stop at nothing to figure out the truth. How is he going to keep them safe?
I really enjoyed the chemistry between Grave Robber and Aubry. She is a very strong, sassy FMC and she is able to hold her own in the MC world. She slowly earns the respect of not just Grave Robber but the entire club. There are some great characters in the MC and the banter back and forth had me laughing out loud. This story has a lot of suspense, mystery and spice. Even if you aren't familiar with MC romances, I recommend giving this a read!
This dual POV story captured my attention from page one. We’re introduced to Grace Robber in a heartbreaking scene with the loss of his wife and unborn child. While the life of a MC president is known to be dangerous, Grave Robbers wife and child didn’t deserve the fate they were dealt. For this reason, Grave Robber swears off love forever, not wanting to feel this pain ever again but also not wanting to risk another woman or child’s life. For now, he settles for spending his life finding whoever did this to his family and he won’t stop until he does.
Enter Aubrey, a local reporter who happens to come across some gossip about not only the MC but of a local (potential) mayor who has a shady past and involvement with the MC. Searching for her lead Aubrey winds up having a one night stand with Grave robber that leaves her with more than just unanswered questions.
The book is definitely spicy and left me wanting more. Potential triggers could be offered for a few of the beginning scenes to ensure readers are aware but overall the book was really great and I’d love to read more of this series!

Tropes: MC Touch her and ☠️ OTT MMC / Strong Independent FMC Accidental Pregnancy
Grave Robber was my first time dipping my toes into the MC genre - and after reading this book I am ready to dive in head first. This book tells the tale of a broken hearted MC president and a brave Gossip Magazine reporter looking for her next big scoop. One night of fun, and a common enemy, tie the two together when she shows up months later - pregnant with his child.
This book was very well written, keeping the perfect amount of tension, and kept me coming back for more. This book pulled me in and never let go. I may be a MC newbie, but I never felt like it reading this book. It’s obvious that a lot of care and effort was put into building out this world.
Overall, this book was a suspenseful and angsty joy ride. The relationship between the grumpy MMC and fiercely independent FMC made for an enticing push-pull dynamic that was deliciously angsty.

This is a new author for me and whew what a book. I love a good MC book and this was actually just perfect. I was captivated from the start and the book literally sucked me right in and didn't let go until the end. Be ready for a very entertaining ride. It was full of suspense, action, drama, secrets, pain, loss, heartache, so emotional, love and great amount of sizzling steam. I think the spice was perfect amount and didn't take it away from the whole story plot. Grave and Aubrey are fire together. Although Grave refuses to feel anything for her and his unborn child that is a futile attempt. They were made for each other. He may be grumpy growly Alpha president of Twisted Brother but Aubrey was just as strong and a spitfire. I liked that she stood her ground and fought for what she wants.
Honestly, you do not want to miss out on this book. It had everything a MC book should have. I can't wait for more from this Skye.
Honestly this book was everything you want in an MC book and the more. There were certain points in the book which seemed to test my limits but honestly it was so well wrote that I couldn't stop reading it. It's set as a duel POV between our two main characters. Rhett wanted to make sure he could find a way to get justice for his families murder and comes across Aubrey who is writing the story for the magazine.
Rhett has enemies who will stop at nothing to hurt him. And see that it's done right. Aubrey ends up in a drunken state on her part and ends up with a surprise which she wasn't to sure about at first.
This book is a big 5/5 on smut. Yet the chemistry between the two was perfect. The drama, action, mystery and love was perfect for the plot. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of troupe.

After losing his wife and daughter grace robber became a shelf of a man but a purpose to avenge them and put the person who kill them. When she meets woman who what to write a story their attraction is strong for only one night what changes everything for him.
Aubry is a writer and looking for a story when she overhears a conversation between bikers and she follow the story and start to investigate which lead her to grave robber and now her life is in danger and her only hope is to go back to him for protection, the only thing he doesn’t want nothing to do with her and the surprise baby.
I love how even with his heart broken he open up to her and he start to feel for her.
I received an arc from netgalley for my honest review.
This book kept me on my toes! Between shock, laughing my ass off, and the wonderfully written spicy scenes I thoroughly enjoyed this read! I was head over boots for Grave Digger. Can't not love an ex-military turned biker man! His gruff attitude but softness for the MC has my heart fluttering! And absolutely loved Aubrey's pure sass throughout the novel. She was so fiery and really kept my attention. There is a surprise pregnancy! Which I don't usually look for in novels BUT -this one- was SO sweet that I enjoyed it! And reading as Grave Robber falls in love with Aubrey ugh! I had tears in my eyes. I cannot recommend this book enough!
Spice Level: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️/🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ Really happy with the spice! I feel like there was the perfect amount and it was well written!
This book gripped me right away, and kept me reading non stop until I was finished. Grave Robber is a fantastic character, out to get revenge for the murder of his wife and unborn daughter. Aubry is a sassy journalist who won't back down to get to the bottom of a story. The story between the Twisted Brotherhood MC and the Assistant Mayor.
The plot was suspenseful and spicy, and included an accidental pregnancy resulting from a drunken one night stand. The surprise pregnancy provokes Grave Robber's protective instincts as Aubry is threatened by same man who took the lives of his wife and daughter, despite being reluctant to form a relationship with Aubry and their unborn child.
Overall, I loved this story and it was so well written.
Omg this book gripped me from the beginning. My heart broke for grave robber, Rhett, when he had to bury his wife and unborn child. Years later he had a one night stand with a firecracker reporter who ends up pregnant because of it. Who knew this tiny outspoken, give no shits lady would slowly work her way into his heart and turn his life completely upside down in a good way lol. She gives him a run for his money and he wouldn’t have it any other way. I love how they both learn how to love and bring out the best in each other. What can I say I’m a sucker for a lot of dirty talking, bad boy bikers and I want more.
Grave robber snatched up my attention on the first page and didn't release it until the very last page. Skye created a world that's not only believable with the FMC being maybe a bit too nosey for her own good and a MMC whose lost more than a person should and rightfully is filled with fear, anger, and guilt. It's also suspenseful and a little irritating at times 😉 Spice :🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ (I have no triggers, but possible triggers in book)
Okay let me start by saying I didn’t want to like this book the first scene was not my style at all and I was already think here we go.
But I actually really liked Grave Robber himself his character development and changes where almost violent. (Just like him).
I wouldn’t call this a “dark romance” exactly but there are some dark tones. I love me a troubled bad boy with a soft heart. GR gives me “who hurt you” vibes. I couldn’t put it down and am excited to see more from this writer!
I enjoyed this book very much. When I received it as an Arc, i wouldn’t sure if I would enjoy it because at first it felt very slow going to me, but then as I kept reading, i was SPEEDING through it. When I finished the dual POV book, it literally had me in such a hangover. I have been in a reading slump for months and i still sped through this book. This author was brand new to me, but absolutely loved this book and hope to read more by this author.
Grave Robber (Twisted Brotherhood MC #1) by Skye McNeil This is a MC hard hitting book I give it 3 1/2 stars. It is full of hard-hitting MC life full of murder, kidnapping., suspense, angst, some humor, tears, lot of s*x, likable and unlikeable MC members, and a strong H/h. Lots of action getting to a HEA.
I received an ARC copy and could not hardly put this book down once I started. It kept you reading page after page. The suspense of the plot, spice, and fiery romance was perfect. It definitely digs in deep the the MC scene and doesn’t sugar coat anything. I loved how the suspense kept me on edge and you just had to know what happened next. I cannot wait for the next book in this series! Add it to your TBR… like now!
I was chosen for the ARC and I’m so glad because I really liked this story. Aubrey and Grace Digger were an awesome pair! I loved how their romance started and it makes we want to find a bad boy boyfriend!! I couldn’t put it down and I just had to finish the story because I was so drawn in by the characters. I look forward to reading another book by Skye McNeil 😊
(ARC Review) I loved this book from the beginning to the end. I love the writing style and love how Skye keeps you wanting more. The spice 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ is top notch. I can’t wait to read more from Skye.
I received an arc copy of this book and I am so glad I signed up!! That was absolutely amazing! Skye McNeil is a new author to me and I loved every minute from start to finish. I couldn’t put it down!
The chemistry between Aubry and Rhett was so much fun to read. Just loved how we got to watch this tough biker prez just melt over a girl and fall in love. Something he to an oath to never do again after losing Mel and their unborn child.

This book has me in a chokehold! It was *chefs kiss* it took me less than 24 hours to finish. From the plot down to the “spicy” scenes (you know the ones) it was very well written. I cannot wait to meet more of the Twisted Brothers!
This book screams loyalty, touch her and you ☠️, and so much more. It was such a great read I didn't want to put it down and was so sad when I finished reading it because the book was over lol. Has great spice, mystery, love and so many friendships made along the way.
