This book offers a glimpse into the early years of David Grant's vet career. He would put his sprinting and hurdling skills to the test when he needed to make a quick exit from the pen of a hostile quadruped and learn to dodge flying hooves, but his life as a vet was not just about pain and poop.
A book about an English vet who I have never heard of, but who is apparently famous in the UK for his work on television "TV's Best Loved Vet" according to the blurb. This is the story of his first year of practice after qualifying and was a very enjoyable account.
