Did not finish. Starts off good with interesting information about the thyroid and has sources cited. Then becomes an advertisement for the Paleo diet. I find it interesting that the sources stop being cited when she starts promoting Paleo.

Also, the book would be 1/3 the length if she’d stop repeating herself. The last two paragraphs of page 98 are the exact same as the last paragraph on page 99 (though she did change 2-3 words to synonyms).

This was a nice book to re-read and one that I should re-read and brush up on at least once a year. I wanted to read it again and revisit before I start fresh this fall to try and gain my health back. There is so much good information packed into this short read and I have taken new things from each time I have read it!
