I'd had this sitting around about a month, and finally just put down what I was reading because it kept calling to me.
This is a gorgeously illustrated comic, which will come as no surprise to anyone who has seen Owens' artwork elsewhere.
The stories are quirky and fun and play with elements of literature, folklore, and myth which I always enjoy. I love it when someone takes up these tales we think we know, makes them their own, and then sets them walking again, resounding with the new story and harmonically echoing the stories of the past.
Fun, fun, fun, fun, fun. I need to find more Starchild.
