Fenrir Wolves #3
Heal My Wolf
Brandt is sent off to scout out new land at Corey, his alpha's, command. But when he gets caught in a flash flood and his car overturns, he wakes up in the bed of one sexy man. Brandt is attracted right away to Tyr, a healer, and from the look of the tented pants, the feeling is mutual. There's one problem--Tyr is a forest cat shifter. Dogs and cats mating? Yeah, probably not. But neither man is willing to give up the chance to have the other, even if it lasts the few days that Brandt waits for the roads to clear.
When a few nights in bed with Tyr aren't enough, Brandt invites him to come home with him. Gentle Tyr has been used to giving in to the stronger men around him, if only to keep the peace, but he's never met a man that makes him feel like Brandt does. One of his former lovers doesn't want to let him go, but Brandt is more than a match. Broken promises, misunderstandings, and heartache await the two of them at the fenrir homestead. Especially when Tyr using his healing abilities reveals what kind of shifter he is to the other wolves. Brandt must save Tyr's life and decide whether dogs and cats can be bonded mates, and make it all work out in the end.

Up to this book, I had enjoyed the series...but the main characters of this book had too many misunderstandings and no connection. There was also some seriously bad - or just no - editing in this.
But the thing that I hated the most was the whole gay-Alpha-needs-a-woman-to-have-a-baby-with plot. UG. And he cheated! Sorry, but it's very hard to pull off an established character cheating and make him redeemable and likable again by the end of the book, and this didn't do it at ALL. I cannot recommend this book, which is a shame because I was enjoying the series.

I liked book one, book two was ok but this is by far the worst of the series ... Not only did one of the main characters cheat but also Corey from the first book cheated with his mates sister which is once again out of character for him from the first book (If I could give zero stars for Corey cheating alone I would) ... Besides the cheating that bugged me there were also a few questions left open, like why everyone was so drawn to tyr scent for one ...

I'm sorry, but this series jumped the shark with Heal My Wolf. It's a story about cheaters. Men who cheat on their mates and see nothing wrong with it. Not for me. Only because the first two books were marginally better than this book I'm going to give Heal My Wolf two stars.

I have to agree with everyone else. Corey (from book one) cheating was a no-go for me. I am stopping here with this series, it has seriously gone off-track. Aren't werewolves/shifters supposed to mate with only one person? Or did author contradict her own mythology?

This is more a 2.5 than just a 2. I liked the story, but there are so many errors and mistakes that distract from the content. Characters left hanging, incorrect English, and editing mistakes that draw the reader's attention away from the content of the story. I am sorry but there are so many mistakes that I just can't see past them to give a higher rating even though I'd like to for story content.

Okay, I admit, the ending was good and positive for every couple, but damn the whole concept of this couple was blah... I simply didn't like Tyr, his type of a character was annoying. True, he does change at the end and maybe that's enough for some.
never-never-never

And the worst it's that's it's one of MC of the first book.

So inconsistent
Instead of the normal progression of books getting better with each installment, this one gets progressively worse. Once again, the whole Corey/Devin situation felt forced and not in line with their characters from the first book.
Then, on top of that, Brandt was a bit TSTL through most of the book, and needlessly obtuse. And Tyr wasn't much better. I didn't like either character much, which made this book a bit of a chore to read despite its short length.
Finally, the plot to this book sucked and didn't make sense. Why would Corey not have picked a task for Brandt that might actually have had some use to the pack? How is this relationship going to work if all of the Fenrir shifters instinctively attack Tyr whenever he gets closer to shifting? This ending was sweet, and all, but nothing was really resolved.

Stupid
It did not explain a lot of the characters background. The book felt rushed. Don't waste your money on this book.

Fue el libro más forzado de la serie. La forma de actuar de los personajes de los libros anteriores no tiene sentido y no terminé de empatizar con Tyr.

I enjoyed this but not as much as the last two and I did have one problem with it, not so much with the main couple as I could understand Tyr's actions considering his history and nature so when he finally stood up for himself I cheered for him. My problem was the background story with Corey and Devin fighting cause despite Devin agreeing to Corey having a child with a female cause of pressure from the pack for the alpha to have a biological heir, he then punishes Corey for sleeping with a female when he knows how much Corey loves him. Plus I didn't understand why he even had to when they could have gone down a medical route where Corrin could have had Corey's child without them having to sleep together. After all it's never been mentioned that shifters can't use surrogates so why couldn't Corey and Devin use that method to satisfy everyone? Other then that small point that annoyed me I enjoyed the book! I hope that if there is another book in the series and that backstory continues then it's resolved in a way to suit everyone. To tell the truth I'd love for Corey and Devin to have a kid to take over the pack some day but not at the cost of their relationship.

Hm. Cute. I don't see how giving his body away freely, just because somebody asked, made sense to Tyr at any point in time, but he was likeable, despite that. Both of them were. It did seem to work out out of nowhere, though (before NOT working out just as suddenly), for no apparent reason. As opposed to it happening as a result of epiphanies or realizations; suddenly Tyr was forgiven for nearly cheating on Brandt (why did Tyr even do that? His reasoning was idiotic!), just like that. Tyr is clueless, apparently, so that was fine by me. But the emotional development and reasoning of the characters left something to be desired. And yet I did like this well enough. It could have been much better written and developed, but it was okay as is. Just okay.

I just... I've read all three of these 'books' now (honestly, I've read longer fanfiction) and it never seems possible but, the next one is always even more outrageously ridiculous than the last. And the plot to every book seems to be; two hot guys have lots of sex. And why are the characters always caricatures of men? They're like those men from 80's porn comics with insanely huge cocks and bulging muscles. They're all super strong and virile and no one ever uses a condom and they cum in each other's asses and never have to expel that, ever.
I'm just saying, for a book about God-descended werewolves living in a world full of shifters, it's a little unbelievable.

I didn't like the characters nor their actions and even less their reasoning.
It wasn't badly written but I couldn't relate even to one person in this book. It was like they didn't have any distinction between good or bad. As much as this type of characters can be interesting, maybe not in a supposed romance.

This was the best book in the series!!
the story in this third installment was much deeper then the previous two books. the story here was not rushed in order to get to the sex seans like in the other two (though there is still plenty of sex). I felt that this book head great character development that really held my attention.

The last in a 3 part series. I would suggest reading the first two first. I found them enjoyable and worth re-reading down the line. If the author comes out with more, I'll definitely buy and read those too.
