I am an independent Romance author, unrepentant chocoholic, bookworm, and movie-hound, with a weakness for all that glitters. I'm addicted to travel, spicy food, music & corsets, and I love to dance. In my free time I'm usually writing or crafting, and I adore any excuse to get dressed up to the nines or belt out tunes in karaoke.

What an amazing book! I'm not usually a reader of romance novels, but I will read anything Eryn publishes.

The characters are interesting and well rounded. One thing that I don't typically enjoy about romance books is that the women are usually shells. That is not the case in the novel. Melissa is a woman who seems to have it all. She's beautiful, smart, and independent. She's willing to fight for what she wants. And even after her marriage she retains these qualities!

One thing I will say as more of a warning is that if you are a survivor of sexual violence, the first couple of chapters can be difficult to get through and may be trigger for some of us. So it could be important to evaluate your own emotional state before diving into this book.

Despite that, I would wholeheartedly recommend this book to anyone!
