In BREAKING POINT, C. G. Cooper delivers a pulse-pounding thriller that dives deep into the human psyche, tests the limits of friendship, and challenges the boundaries of what one man will endure for the people he loves.
C. G. Cooper is the USA TODAY and AMAZON BESTSELLING author of the CORPS JUSTICE novels, several spinoffs and a growing number of stand-alone novels.
One of his novels, CHAIN OF COMMAND, won the 2020 James Webb Award presented by the Marine Heritage Foundation for its portrayal of the United States Marine Corps in fiction. Cooper doesn't chase awards, but this one was special.
Cooper grew up on a steady diet of Dungeons & Dragons and the travels of a Navy family.
Upon graduating from the University of Virginia with a degree in Foreign Affairs, Cooper was commissioned in the United States Marine Corps and went on to serve six years as an infantry officer. C. G. Cooper's final Marine duty station was in Nashville, Tennessee, where he fell in love with the laid-back lifestyle of Music City.
His first published novel, BACK TO WAR, came out of a desire to link back to his time in the Marine Corps. That novel, written as a side project, spawned many follow-on novels, several exciting spinoffs, and catapulted Cooper's career.
Cooper lives just south of Nashville with his wife, three children, and their German shorthaired pointer, Liberty, who's become a popular character in the Corps Justice novels.
Daniel Finds out that Anna has been taken by a former Marine sniper that he knew from sniper training. Mason has issues and was released from the Corp with an honorable discharge. From there he goes with a rogue group of operators. He loves killing and later joins and forms a company with his former Gunnery Sarg. They make Daniel come to a little know Florida Key that isolated. Cal finds a clue to Daniel’s whereabouts and Top and Gaucho are in the Keys already. They come together to help Daniel. Many twists and turns make this a C. G. Cooper epic.
Mr Cooper will never disappoint you with his books. His written words will capture you from the beginning.
Breaking Point, Corps Justice Book 21, leads us into Daniel Briggs’ and his trials and tribulations. Only Carlos can grab you and hold you captive with the Jefferson Group until the last sentence is read.
Carlos, 5 stars do not do Breaking Point justice, but 10- stars would. Thank you for another SPECTACULAR Corps Justice adventure!
Anxiously awaiting October’s release of Kill Chain!
There is only one person in Daniel’s world next to Sarge that he loves like no other…Anna. This is their story and what a story it is! I’m glad Coop penned this, as it’s a favorite subject among his Team Cooper folks. Toss in a deadly storm, villains, and his friends, and Daniel and you the reader get a ride and a half of excitement. Loved it.
Once again the characters are all people we not only like but we want them to be our friends. The jumping from character/situation to character/situation keeps the story moving at a fast pace. Enjoy it!
Another great storyline with the Corps Justice gang. Daniel has his life in his hands along with an old love. Looks like they are still under the gun in future books I can't wait to see what happens.
This series is so powerful and just filled with so many twists and turns you almost get dizzy. I have enjoyed each and every book and look forward to the next chapter in this series. Great reading.
An exciting story full of twists, turns and suspense. Just how much physical and emotional torture can Daniel take? Love the way C.G. jumps from chapter to chapter with the characters involved. And the team comes together as they always do. SEMPER FI!
Cooper, you've outdone yourself yet again. To say I'm an avid fan is an understatement. I love the ties within members of Corps Justice and their loyalty to each other and seeking justice.
I couldn't put it down! Seeing into Daniel's mind and his doubts finally clearing was fascinating and made me want to cheer out loud. The strength of true friendship came through loud and clear. Nothing and no one stops a friend in need.
I picked it up and couldn’t put it down. The story was amazing and brought some things into perspective. It also put our beloved snipped back together. Kudos to Cooper and can’t wait for next installment!
This one has Briggs back in Vegas looking for his confidence. Briggs has to go save Anna and walks into a trap. The rest of the story unfolds just as you would expect.
This was a good book from the first page to the last. C.G.Cooper is won of my favorite authors. All of are great. I'm always looking for one I haven't read. Keep up the good work.
So glad to have another book. The story and adventure continues. Missed it allot. Waiting for the next and I'm sure it will be another can not put it down book.
The story was very repetitive, like the author was trying to reach a word quota. Although I've read most of the Corps Justice series I'm thinking this was probably the last one. Better things to do with my free time.
Another very good book that kept me intrigued and busy turning pages until the very end. Cooper is a great writer- there is no doubt. This time Daniel Briggs is in Trouble as well as Anna Varuskin. All his friends come to his aid but he manages to free himself without their aid. Quite the story. 5
