The Thin Line Between Love And Hate - Even though Dimitri was in the middle of a dangerous situation, he felt a pull towards Natalya, which didn’t appear to go away after she walked away. Therefore seeing Natalya at his home the next day, brought out something in him that had him feeling intoxicated. Even though Natalya had been filled with hatred towards Dimitri for destroying her life, she started doubting herself once she spent time with him, which put a kibosh on her well laid plans.
Unfortunately, what neither one of them realised at the time was that they were being manipulated be a psychopath. Everything came to a head when Natalya was injured and her secret was revealed, which caused friction between them. As luck would have it, Natalya realised the truth as well and decided to turn the tables on the person who had started everything, as she also had lives to protect.
Her act of kindness towards Dimitri after she left, made him realise that she had been a pawn in the psychopath’s plan, which gave him the confidence to forgive her, so they could work together to destroy their enemy. They may have succeeded in getting their lives back on track, but they were in for the biggest shock of their lives, with the discovery of what the future would look like.
Wow! I think I need to find a way to get my heart beat back on track. The storyline was intense, action-packed, twisted and oh so steamy. I was hooked from the first page and just kept eagerly turning the pages to find out what happened next. This book is a definite must read, that you will enjoy reading and find it difficult to stop reading once you start.

A brilliant story about the second in command of a Bratva family and the woman who was to become a doctor but didn’t finish her studies, who was broken with grief that tried to kill him and how these two came together. Before they even knew who each other was they were drawn together. But another old Bratva man is trying to get his families territory as well as his honor back. So he tried by recruiting mercenaries as well as going to a funeral where an inconsolable woman had lost her father, he and his second tricked her into wanting to kill the second of one of the biggest Bratvas with the most territory. They told her that he was the one who killed her father but come to find out you never believe any old Bratva man that wants to get back into power. The man and the woman during this whole time was starting to get close to one another and they found themselves falling in love with one another. But first they fell apart because he found out what she did. The last night together the had sex but she was holding back something that he needed to know. She didn’t want him to stay with her because of the secret she was holding back but because he wanted her to stay because he loved her just like she loved him. Three months has passed when she stepped out to make herself known. The man finds her after one of the businesses was attacked while he was there, she tells him that she will get ahold of him. Days pass without word from her, he tells his brother about her and he tells him that she won’t double cross them. She texts him and he goes to her room, after talking they make love. During that time they try to find out where he’s at but they do find out about his second in command so they get him sending him to the Pit where they get information from him. They set up a plan and they go to execute the plan. The Bratva families paid the mercenaries off so that they wouldn’t have to worry about the old man trying to take their territories like they tried with the man’s brothers territory. They set the old man up a cell in the Pit. The woman had to go see the old man to get answers about her father being killed, she got her answer and left. She has an appointment for an ultrasound the man shows up late but the find out that she pregnant with quadruplets, she has all girls. The man and the woman gets married. They go to New York with all five of the children, they stay with his two brothers. The characters a truly amazing and the book is a page turner. The book is marvelously written a real happily ever after end.

To enjoy this sensational novel, book 1 should be read. If you can’t, here is a synopsis: Mikhail and his 3 brothers own a cybersecurity firm in NY where Mikhail is harassed by his uncle Konstantin to return to Moscow as his heir to the Antonov Bratva. Their mother Catherina is instrumental in plotting revenge against Konstantin, because he killed her husband, Lev (Konstantin’s own brother), so she arranges for him to kidnap Aurora (Mikhail’s wife). All this to get them back to Russia, while Pyotr and Luka remain in NY to run the firm. Mikhail and Dimitri usurp Konstantin from the Bratva throne, imprison him and find out that Lev (their father) is alive, imprisoned in Siberia, where Dimitri and Catherina go to retrieve him. The other happy note is that Mikhail and Aurora have twin girls and one son. Book 2 picks up in Moscow where Dimitri is Mikhail’s right hand man.
This is an outstanding sequel to the “Highest Bidder”. From the first few pages, readers will be blown away, figuratively and literally. Failing in her attempt to kill Dimitri with a car bomb, Natalya Chekov is thrown into the street by the impact. Dimitri mistakes her for an innocent bystander, offers to help, but she rushes off. Natalya is being manipulated by Edvard Levitsky, an old rival of the Antonovs. He convinced Nat that the Antonovs had her father killed over some unpaid debt, and is helping her to assassinate Dima. Besides having his demented father in his household, Dima receives a surprise visit from an old GF who drops off their son Simon, then leaves permanently. With both his father and 1 y/o son needing care, Dima is grateful when Nat (a former medical resident) shows up as a caregiver. It becomes quickly apparent to Nat, that Dima is not the same man that Edvard painted him to be. The more time she spends with him and Simon doubts form about his character, and her killing him is in direct conflict with her Hippocratic oath and her feelings for him. I will not spoil a reader’s enjoyment of this terrific novel, but will give a list of characters:
Dimitri Antonov - PR officer of Cyberfort, twin brother of Pyotr, now Mikhail’s right hand man Mikhail (Misha) - formerly CEO of Cyberfort, now head of Antonov Bratva in Russia Luka - youngest brother, and computer expert of their firm Aurora, Charlotte, Sandra, and Frederick - Misha’s wife and children Catherina Antonov - their mother, cold with zero personality Lev Antonov - their father, a shadow of his former self who suffered torture and imprisonment in a bunker in Siberia at the hands of his brother Konstantin - Lev’s brother, their uncle Simon - Dimitri’s 1 y/o son Natalya Chekov - former medical resident, now on a mission to kill Dimitri Dahlia - Dimitri’s maid Boris - loyal head bodyguard of Dimitri Edvard Levitsky - head of an old Bratva family, trying to regain former power to reign of all of Russia
Readers will revel in the intimate exchanges between Dima and Nat as the romance blossoms and will warm at her growing attachment to Simon. There are betrayals, surprises, retaliations, shootings, hired mercenaries, and plot twists that intrude upon the couple’s romance. Readers will also appreciate Dima’s heartbreak when he realizes Nat’s original design. They will also cheer as she strategizes and exacts plans for her redemption. The details are exciting and extraordinary. The author has somehow made this book better book 1. This highly commendable and worthwhile endeavor is complemented by an extended epilogue 15 years later. It is a poignant conversation between Nat and Simon - it will make you cry. Book 2 is worth 2 gajillion stars ✨. I have received an ARC from Booksprout and I am leaving an unbiased review voluntarily.
Healing the Wrongs of the Past with Love in the Present
When Dimitri—Dima—Antonov joins his older brother Mikhal in Moscow to help manage the family “business” after spending most of his years in New York City, Dima knows that he is not returning to a peaceful, idealistic old-world life, especially when the old-world “family business” is one of several competitive and often violent, territorial Russian Bratva. The two brothers’ hope is to re-establish their Bratva family’s holdings in Russia which were violently wrested from their father Lev, in a Bratva civil war at the end of the Soviet era, leaving the father a broken and damaged man. So, Mikhal and Dima depart NYC, leaving Dima’s twin, Pyotr and their youngest Antonov brother, Luka, to run the family’s American holdings, a cyber security company, CyberFort, while the elder Antonov brothers seek to reclaim their father’s position and holdings as head of the Moscow based Antonov Bratva.
But, as the two Antonov brothers return to Russia, they quickly realize that time has not softened or diminished the violent struggle between the several powerful Bratva families, and grievances and pay-back still flourish. In fact, unknown to Dimitri, as he and older brother Mikhal seek to restore their family’s position in Russia, the brothers become aware that the past is not past, and old grievances are still alive and well as other Bratva forces seek to once strike out against the Antonov brothers.
And so, when Dimitri, a tall, muscular man with dark hair and dark eyes, barely escapes a potentially fatal car bombing, another more delicate pedestrian with long blonde hair and big blue eyes, is caught up in his family’s drama, almost losing her life as co-lateral damage. But, the young beauty, insisting that while thrown to the pavement and covered with shards of glass from his car’s shattered windows, she was not harmed, she quickly leaves the site of the potentially fatal explosion.
But, apparently, Fate has other plans for Dimitri and the beautiful co-victim of the car bombing when Dimitri’s past comes calling. When a former lover arrives at Dima’s house informing him that he is a father of a young boy, Simon, Dima now must manage his unanticipated responsibilities as a father. And when his all-call for a nanny is answered by the beautiful blonde angel who was almost killed by a bomb meant for Dima, and she has medical training, she seems fated to be the perfect person to join his staff, caring for his son—and the boy’s father.
Author KC Crowne offers her reader another romance that engagingly weaves romantic attraction and danger together, creating a fast-paced tale. My only objections are that the re-connection of the Antonov Bratva family to the Russian setting doesn’t ring true in today’s political world, especial when the story lacks any grounding color—sites, sounds, language or the awareness of the current political dynamics of Russia in the world. Also, having read the ARC and owning a published version of the romance, it is disappointing that a better close reading for spelling and grammar didn’t take place.

Natalya Chekov had been lead to believe by Edvard that Dimitri Antonov had killed her father for being unable to repay his loan to the Bratra. She had planned her own course of vengeance with Edvard's help but something went wrong. She had followed the instructions for the bomb completely only it went off to soon leaving her in the blast zone with Dimitri. He rescued her worried she might be hurt. She disappeared as soon as he turned his back. Then she showed up at his home as one of the candidates for caretaker/housekeeper position which he really needs someone badly. He has his dad staying with him for a time, and an ex-girlfriend just showed up dropping off his one year old son, Simon that he did not know about telling him she could not deal with it anymore and was gone. All in one day someone tried to kill him, his father came to stay for a couple of weeks, dropped off by the Ice Queen, Simon arrived, and the domestic help interviews, it was stacking up to be an eventful day, and it was not over yet. Natalya went to work taking care of Lev and Simon, and she kept trying to think of a way to kill Dimitri, but the longer she was around him and got to know him. He did not seem like a man that would kill her father over a mere loan. Plus, she was a doctor her training was to save lives not take them. About that time things started to go haywire with attacks being made on Dimitri outside the home. Natalya discovered Edvard was going behind her back, and the other Bratvas in Moscow decided they someone was working against them that they needed to find fast. This book was definitely more into the Bratra crime side with Edvard and his blood thirsty ways. Natalya was smart, well educated, resourceful, and thought things out before she acted. Dimitri may have been an enforcer, but he actually had the heart of a teddy bear. He was a family man first, a protector, a fighter last. A lot of action, mystery, and intrigue a romantic suspense.

I loved reading this story. It grabbed my attention right from the start and to the very end. There is many realistic feelings and actions from the characters. There is manipulation, revenge, romance, betrayal, near death experiences and plenty of action packed, dangerous, suspenseful moments. Never a dull moment. There were plenty of unpredictable twists and turns. If you are following the Antonov series I believe this is book two.
This family is unusual but yet the four brothers love each other fiercely and would take a bullet for each other. The mother is an ice queen. I wonder what made her that way. Then the father is inspirational. After a horrid couple of decades in a prison of his brother's making he suffered deep, serious PTSD. To the point that in the beginning it incapacitated him completely. After the mother got him the best treatments around the world he is very slowly coming back to himself. A real inspiration.
Dimitri and Natalya really had a "deadly" time of it in their relationship but it all worked out in the end. Love was the key. I adored the children in the story. Their son and four identical daughters. Whew a real all hands on deck type of family. The extended epilogue was the icing on the cake. Like I said before I loved reading this. A must read. You will not be disappointed.

WOW! This story takes you on a wild ride and I LOVED EVERY MINUTE. Previously in “Highest Bidder” the four Antonov brothers, Mikhail, Dimitri, Pyotr and Luka ran CyberFort, the family business in New York but an evil Bratva thug forced Mikhail to move to Russia to run the Antonov Crime Family. Dimitri Antonov came with his brother Mikhail knowing that as the new head of the Antonov Bratva Crime Family Mikhail will need his brother to cover his back. Pyotr and Luka will stay in New York to run CyberFort. Natalya (Nat) was almost finished with her residency, almost a Doctor, when her father was murdered. Edvard, a sympathetic understanding old man says he found that Dimitri Antonov had her father killed because he failed to pay off a loan. Distrait Natalya fell for his deceit. He worked her up until she willingly made a car bomb to kill Dimitri. The bomb failed but she was later able to gain entry to his home. As they got to really know the other, Dimitri and Nat grew close. She found he was nothing like the man Edvard proclaimed he was. Edvard doesn’t give up in fact he is making life a hell for the Antonov family, Dimitri especially. In the middle of this war Dimitri gets a real surprise when an old girlfriend hands him Simon, “his” unknown baby. There is a lot going on in this story. The action from half way on is rapid fire and you don’t know who to trust. I loved it. The ending is SOOOOO long and SOOOOO wonderful. Wow, I loved reading this book it was awesome, the story was captivating and the characters were absolutely sensational. This story was about Dimitri Antonov and Natalya, Dimitri is the right handman to the Pakhan his brother Mikhail, and Dimitri was handed over a baby son he new nothing about. Natalya has not long buried her father and now she wants revenge, she was approached by a man called Edvard he told her what he wanted her to know. Natalya was to close to a car bomb when it went off, Dimitri's car just blew up and that was when he saw a beautiful blonde hair female with the blue eyes that suck the men in. Natalya turned up for a job interview and that was when she was face to face with the man that checked on her when his car blew up. Natalya now works for Dimitri as a live-in nanny looking after his son, Natalya ends up calling Dimitri (Dimi) and he calls her (Angel) and (Nat). There are so many twist and turns going on in the background, what is making it worse is they don't know who is doing all the attacks, now all Mafia Bosses are getting attacked, Dimitri answered Natalya are moving around trying not to get attacked, Dimitri wants to know how these people know what he is going to do next. There was action, suspense, danger, violence, murder, trauma, enemies, spankings, rough, intense, sexual pleasures, hot romances, lustful, and love. Will Dimitri find out who is behind it all, and is it all worth forgiving.

Another Fantastic book in this series, with lots of action and twists and turns, you won't want to put it down! Dimitri has the job as his brothers enforcer for the bratva, but he wasn't expecting himself to be the next target when his car explodes. He spots a beautiful woman who was hit by the blast and rushes to help her, after getting her from danger, Dimitri is shocked to find she has disappeared, but even more surprised a few days later when she appears on his door step for a job interview to work for him. Natalya can't believe the car bomb exploded too early and ruined her plan to get rid of Dimitri, determined to kill the man who murdered her father, Natalya, with the help of a friend gets a job working for Dimitri. However once there, Natalya sees a completely different side to Dimitri, especially when the sparks between them fly, and she begins to question if he was the person responsible for her fathers death. However Natalya's friend pushes things too far when he decides to do the job for her, but Natalya realises too late that she has been set up and her own life is in danger, but when Dimitri learns of the betrayal, she knows she has lost everything. A really great book in this fantastic series. This book will have you hooked from the start, with lots of danger, lies, surprises, steamy passion and a great ending, you won't want to leave it down. Brilliant!.

Talk about an enthralling story! This book has it all…..fascinating characters, a steamy over-the-top love story, danger and heart pounding suspense. Natalya first meets Dimitri while she is trying to carry out an act of vengeance. Whether by divine intervention or Fate, her attempt to get retribution was unsuccessful. Even as she works her way into Dimitri’s household, Natalya questions her resolve. She eventually discovers that she is a pawn in a dangerous world of organized crime where deceit, corruption and outmanoeuvring the competition are commonplace. Seeing him with his young son and father shows her that Dimitri is not the monster she thought him to be. Resisting him and ignoring the attraction between them proves to be impossible. Attraction soon turns into something deeper, something more primal and all-consuming. Unfortunately, the enemy, the man who set Natalie on a mission of vengeance, decides to take matters into his own hands. Natalya fails to come clean to Dimitri beforehand and discovering her secret blows everything between them apart. Their story takes a few more twisty turns, some putting their lives in danger, before they are given a well deserved happily ever after.

This is the second book in the Antonov Billionaire series. You don’t need to read the first book to know what’s going on in this one but I did go back and read it just to have some reference.
Dimitri is the second Antonov brother and the enforcer for his brother Mikhail. The story opens with Dimitri’s car blowing up right before he gets in it. He sees a beautiful blond woman a little ways away from him that got hit with the blast also. He rushes to her side only for her to come to and run away. She later show up to apply as a maid at his house. It’s not a coincidence.
Natalya is looking for revenge for the death of her father. We learn very quickly that she’s being manipulated by another man who’s looking to take over the whole Bratva. She blames Dimitri’s family for her father dying. Dimitri is just trying to keep his family safe a take care of a baby that was unceremoniously dumped on his doorstep. Lots of intrigue ensues.
This is dark mafia story. Lots of suspense and danger. I really like how KC Crowne building this world. Can’t wait for the other brother’s stories.

Dimitri is still living in Moscow and working as his brother's enforcer, but what happens when someone tries to blow up his car? Luckily, he was far enough away that he wasn't injured, but someone else was caught in the blast. He thinks the woman he finds after the blast looks like an angel, but little does he know, she was the one that planted the bomb. Natalya is after revenge for the death of her father, so when she is approached by an old friend of his, she gets involved with his scheme to take down the enforcer for the Antonov Bratva. After the car bomb failure, she has to find another way to get close to him and finish the job, luckily he is in need of a nanny and she gets an interview thanks to her father's friends contacts. But the more time Natalya spends with Dimitri, the more she doesn't think that he is the man she has been lead to believe he is. What happens when they get close, but then Dimitri discovers her original plan, will he be able to forgive her and find a way to stop the threat to his family.

Natalya has harbored intense hatred for Bratva Enforcer Dimitri Antonov who she blames for death of her beloved fathe, and is influenced by another Russian Mafia member to detonate a bomb that would take Dimitri out. Instead the bomb goes off unexpectedly early and Natalya nearly loses her life. When Dimitri comes to her rescue, she learns he isn’t the monster she imagined. When he needs a nanny for his infant son, Simon and medical care for his father, Natalya somehow shows up at his door and is hired by Dimitri’s housekeeper, Dahlia. Natalya falls in love with the adorable Simon and starts to regret her plans to take out her handsome and charismatic bossm and soon the two are in a sexual entanglement as lies, deceit, romance and intrigue as K. C. Crowne keeps the storyline anything but boring and had me questioning whether a HEA was possible for this twosome, but in true K. C. Crowne style, you will see Dimitri and Natalya join forces and achieve just that.

Bratva Daddy is book two of the Antonov Billionaire series. Dimitri and Natalya first meet when Natalya is planting a bomb under Dimitri’s car and it explodes prematurely as Natalya is trying to get away and as Dimitri is approaching the vehicle, Dimitri finds Natalya tossed away from the car, he scoops her up carry’s her over to a bench to make sure she is ok; he turns to check on something, turns back discovers she is gone. Next time he see’s her she is in his home as his infant son Simon’s Nanny, she’s there to get retaliation for the death of her father at the hands of Dimitri. But Natalya has been told so many lies she’s beginning to have doubts. This story is a perfect mix of red hot off the charts chemistry, drama, action, danger, suspense, lies, manipulating, influencing. As with all of Ms. Crowne’s books this is an exceptional read. I highly recommend. I am anxious for book three. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I wasn’t sure how to rate this one tbh as it’s the lightest dark mafia romance I’ve read in a while.
The story is interesting & different: Natalya is actually trying to kill Dimitri for revenge against her father but ends up working for him when her plans go wrong. That’s when it all starts to get a bit weird.
As a Bratva enforcer Dimitri must surely be a tough guy, but he’s so soft & tender ALL the time. Natalya is SO conflicted about whether she loves him/hates him all the time. The brothers are very forgiving of her betrayal. It’s just very cliché & unrealistic. It reads well enough but it’s like a very tame introduction to the world of mafia/Bratva romance. The chemistry has no chance to develop, they pretty much just fall deep in insta love. The sexy bits are dull & he’s finished disappointingly fast. The attempts to write him as a dominating lover are cringey.
I flicked through it in a couple of hours & I don’t think I’ll go back or read any others in the series.
Explosive, fast burn (no pun intended) this book had all the things KC Crowne fans love to read. This is book two in the series but is complete stand-alone- not having had the chance to read book one I didn’t feel I missed anything! Natalya meets Dimitri after she plants a bomb in his car and he rescues her when it explodes prematurely. She leaves the scene in a rush but her “handler” convinced her to apply as a household maid. One thing leads to another and she ends up as the nanny to his young son and caretaker to his ailing father. All this due to her background as a doctor. It sounds fairly outlandish but the way this author weaves her storylines leans into that without being overdone. The book is steamy, and easy read and has a lot of action/suspense to keep you engaged until the end. Five well earned stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I love this series. This book is about Dimitri, Antonov Enforcer. They've been in Russia for a few years now and things have been going well. Well, things get explosive, literally. Dimitri meets Natalya when his car explodes and she's knocked to the ground by it. He sees her as this gorgeous angel. But this angel has a deep dark secret. She is hellbent on revenge. Nat is thrown by her attraction to him. And the more she gets to know him, the more she loves. She's been fed so many lies and has been just plain manipulated. There's a few twists and turns. I saw a couple coming and was shocked by others. KC did an amazing job on this story. I couldn't put it down. I loved the ending. I also cannot wait for the next one. I can't wait to see where KC takes it.

Dimitri is surprised to find himself a father with a young son. His housekeeper finds him a nanny who turns out to be the same woman who was injured when his car blew up. Natalya is determined to wreak havoc on the Antonovs in revenge for the death of her father. But their attraction is electric and Dimitri doesn't seem like a ruthless killer. No-one is as they seem and it looks like someone else is pulling all the strings. Both Natalya and Dimitri are tough but they have to discover the truth themselves if they are to ever have any future. Full of intrigue, suspense, betrayal and redemption, this couple will have to go to hell and back before they stand any chance of a happy ever after together.

Natalya is set on getting revenge against Dimitri, who killed her father in cold blood. However when her first attempt goes awry and her second attempt needs her to be alot closer to him, she can't resist his charms, his character or the feel of his hands against hers.
When things get out of hand and she doubts the validity of the claims Demitiri killed her father, she is stuck / trapped and has no way out.
This was a great easy read, a new Bratvia is on the rise, danger lurks at every corner, there is danger and double crossing as well as romance and steam.
This is the second book in the series, but can be read as a standalone as it is set 5 years after the first book.

Dimitri Antonov is having a bad day someone just bombed his car trying to kill him and an old girlfriend shows up with his finds out he has a two-year-old son, Simon and now he's in need of a nanny. Being a nanny/caregiver is the perfect cover for Natalya to seek her revenge for her father's death. Is she being manipulated by an unseen source? Is she the only traitor in the Antonov family? I love the chemistry between Dimitri and Natalya in this forbidden employee/boss relationship, they're hot and steamy. There's a few twists and turns as the Antonov family navigate through the lies, secrets and betrayals. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I loved this Bravata/ Single Dad Romance. In this Antononv Billionaire Series we are dealing with Dimitri. He finds himself almost being blown up in a car bomb, having his 1 year old son he never knew dropped on him, and met a beautiful angel of a woman all within a very short period of time. Natalya believes that Dimitri killed her father, bound for revenge she is determined to make him pay with his life. So when the car bomb fails, she gets a job as his nanny/maid to try to finish the job. But as time passes..she finds it more difficult to exact her revenge. This book has tons of drama, action, betrayal, twists and loads of steam. I am loving this series!!.

The second installment in the Antonov saga: A ghost in the form of a former Bratva family member is out to get revenge. His pawn is Natalya, whom he intends to use to kill Dimitri which should start a domino effect and return Mr. Levitsky to his family’s former glory. Unfortunately the killing attempt goes wrong and Natalya and Dimitry fall in love … well, when he learns of her disloyalty he kicks her to the curb … but can they still find their way back to each other and get their happy ending? Boy, I loved this book, it’s fast-paced with lots of curve balls and steamy scenes between the lovers - can only recommend it warmly!

She believes that revenge will stop the ache and loneliness, and in turn becomes the unsuspecting spy for the enemy. Dimitri stood by his brother when he took over the family business, now with the unexpected bundle from the stork and the woman he is falling for, will this life take away everything he didn't know he wanted.
Stepping into the Bratva after growing up never aware of their legacy, brings danger, suspense, and much negotiation. Really not much different than high end business in NYC. This series and family suck you in, make you forget the world for a time and give you the warm fuzzies when finished. Cant wait for more.

Wow what a great book. As always by this author. I loved the storyline it was exciting and full of drama. There was so many twists in this book, I couldn’t keep up and never knew what was coming next. Which was great. I loved the characters, Natalya only out for revenge for her Fathers death. Only the information was incorrect. Dimitri second in command to his brother is actually a nice bloke, it’s his job that’s not lol. Things for Natalya don’t go to plan and then end up being what they both need. Of course things never go smoothly and there’s drama right around the corner. It was a great read and I enjoyed greatly. Highly recommend.

Great story. Natalya and Dimitri's story had me drawn in from start to finish. Their should never had met if her original plan to kill him had worked but when another opportunity came along her second plan didn't go how it was supposed to. Dimitri was drawn to Natalya from the minute she opened her eyes to him but little did he know the impact she was going to have in his life & that of his son's. It had steam, secrets, betrayal, revenge, tears & emotional at times, I couldn't put it down. I loved seeing how the other family members we saw in Mikhail's book came to help them & more of his parents. I can't wait for Pytor & Lukas's stories.

Bratva Daddy is the second book in this series and continues the story of the Antonov Bratva. This book features the story of Dimitri/Dima, second in command of the Bratva, and Natalya/Nat Chekhov, a former medical student who is convinced by a rival of the Antonov family that they were responsible for her father’s death. Dima and Nat meet when he survives a car bombing and believes she is an injured bystander instead of part of the plot to kill him. When Nat is placed in Dima’s home as a caregiver to his father and son, she realizes she may be wrong about him. Their enemies to lovers romance has mafia action, twists, betrayal, and steamy chemistry.

I am so in love with a series, I sure wish there were more than four brothers. This is brother number two Dimitri. Second, in command to his brother and loyal to his family. The only problem with being part of a Russian bratva it is a danger that is around every corner. And barely getting blown up by a car bomb is right up there. Natalia at first seems so lost and driven at the same time, until she meets Dimitri and finds a purpose. Her first loyalties were miss placed, and now she has found her love, family, and the true person who betrayed her. This is their love story, danger around every corner, life and death, and more importantly, family and true love. This is the second book and just as exciting if not more than the first. I love a great happily ever after.
What a roller coaster ride! It seemed like every time there was a leveling off of the action, something else big happened. I loved the chemistry between Dimitri and Natalya and enjoyed the interaction with the brothers from the first story. It was also nice to see how Dimitri's father was coming along. I thought his mom would have changed since her husband had been rescued but she was pretty much the same cold person. I will say that I suspected who the big culprit was from the beginning of the story and loved the way that Natalya really hung in there to fight against him.
