Very disappointing that the diagrams do not use standard notation, but are just a series of photographs.

I bought this book to supplement my online library of folding instructions for my 4th, 5th and 6th grade art classes. This is an excellent origami book and has simple beginner models as well as incredibly difficult models for advanced students. Great illustrations and photos. One of my favorites.

I went through an origami phase and this book definitely was helpful. It took up copious amounts of paper, time and effort, but I completed every paper folding project, except for the super complicated 3D ones with multiple pieces. :)

The projects shown in this book are in general ok... But there are some projects I find too complicated for amateurs like me...
