Riverweather felt like a time capsule in a book for me. Growing up, my family and I would always take trips in the summer to the driftless region. Recently, I have become much more infatuated with that region and the streams around it. Riverweather helped me think back to my own memories in the driftless, and itched the right part of my brain. I especially liked the passage about “Two interesting fisherman”. (This one admittedly made happy tears well upon me)
