Lizzie Ens provides an inside view of what it’s like to live an Amish lifestyle: the good, the bad, and the ugly. The reader learns that each Amish culture is unique. Have a box of tissues nearby as you read about Lizzie’s story that led her to take a leap of faith into an unknown future so very different from the way she was raised. Thanks, Lizzie, for sharing your story.

Lizzie Ens gave her respectful insight to the Amish Community in which she grew up. She shows that no matter where you come from that you can rise and go places with determination. Thanks Lizzie for sharing your story, even the hard parts.

This feels like it's written by a teenager and is more of a spiritual self help guide rather than an in depth telling of our story before escape. Clearly so much left out.
