5 Raunchy Demon Sex Stars!!
Oh Hot Damn!! This book had to have been written just for me!!
We have a Virgin Maiden, Colette, kidnapped by a Demon, Nuri. He is suppose to sacrifice her to appease his Demon Lord, but Nuri is too attracted to her to do it. When she tries to escape, he punishes her with sexual pleasure!! (hehe)
She is then stolen from Nuri by his Demon Lord. She was suppose to have been a sacrifice, so the Demon Lord punishes Nuri by using Colette for his pleasure while her lover is forced to watch. (very kinky shit, hehe)
There is forced seduction to the tenth degree. Rough demon sex with multiple partners, and a love story with just the perfect amount of angst!! Somehow the author wrote this in a way that I totally enjoyed. It was raunchy and totally wrong, but man it was hot!!

However, his temptation of Colette upsets the overlord and brings about punishment.
THOUGHTS
This erotica paranormal will not disappoint a hardcore erotica fan. As much as I enjoyed this book, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but at one point within the book, there was so much sex that I could empathize with Colette by feeling drained and exhausted. I liked that this was a historical paranormal book; there are also no bad guys or sworn enemies to fight within this paranormal story.
The moment Colette and her family were held captive started the story for me. Colette was surely the strongest member of her family, thus, sacrificing herself to Zuri, for their freedom. Zuri was surely a mysterious demon throughout the book and that added a nice appeal. Though he captured Colette, along with her family to appease his overlord, he knew he had to have Colette which upsets his overlord. I thought the story was fair and the sex very extreme. Why I found the sex to be too much at one point in the book, because Colette was being punished and it was continuous within the scene. Though it felt continuous, I don't think it took away or overshadowed the plot of the story.

This book is about 50 times better than any other book written by Desiree Acuna aka KO'C, mainly because the hero isn't a self-absorbed asshole - unlike the other heroes in the other books. Of course, the demon fucking the heroine was the usual, and doesn't actually interest me much, but the rest was enjoyable.

This was not what I thought it was going to be--an alien romance. I guess I should have read the title of the book. Instead, this turned out to be almost a historical/paranormal romance with a setting of what appears to be perhaps the Regency England period or early 1800s. While traveling through a forest in the evening with her mother and sister, Colette's carriage suffers a broken wheel and the coach driver is injured. Colette, her mother and sister are captured by a demon, Nuri. To save her family and servants, Colette offers herself as a sacrifice to Nuri, who wants to give her to his overlord in order to lift a curse placed on Nuri. Nuri accepts Colette's offer but can't seem to turn her over to his overlord and before long, he has claimed her for himself. This was a little hard for me to understand in parts, but I enjoyed this short book and recommend it.

I'm sitting in disbelief about how a book can go from so good to so bad, and that I wasted two hours reading it instead of sleeping.
So the sensible girl, who thinks she has morals, and rejected the demon she actually was attracted to plenty of times before they got together-
Then the story just moves on as if that never happened, am I missing something? Send her back to the forest where she belongs!

If you like highly questionable gang bangs that pop up out of literally nowhere... That's the book for you.
I was still flabbergasted and trying to process what the hell happened (and still am), whereas the characters just moved on as if nothing needed to be unpacked or, at the very least, talked about... Huge side-eye moment.

Here's the thing.
I loved this.
but the sex could have been better.
The writing was amazing and the story was great. I honestly wasn't planning on this to have more story than sex, usually these types of stories are a paragraph of them meeting and the rest is just sex. This had a lot of story to it and even some character depth. I hated the sister, I really wanted Jala to bite her and the mother. Even the dad was an ass, and we didn't even meet him!
Now to the sex, that was all repetition. When she was being punished for trying to escape along with what the overlord was doing to her, it was all the same. It was all the same up until the last scene where she wasn't blindfolded. I got to the point where I just ignored it and skipped to the main story again.
Even after the Overlord was banished he left her for months after having sex with her. I felt like her love for him was more from Stockholm Syndrome rather than relationship love. I was really happy that they did get together in the end and she decided to stay, even though I felt like he hadn't given her much reason other than her child to stay. I really wanted him to do something to her family, like give them warts or something.
Still loved it and I can see myself rereading it in the future.

Guilty pleasure read for sure, though the sex was a little too excessive in some parts in my opinion. The story is fun and total fantasy, I loved being carried away in it.
