Even though this book is written in question and answer format, I read through the entire book and picked up lots of tidbits. It makes for a good health reference book to keep on your shelf.

This is a very easy question/answer format book. Not something to really sit down and read through more then maybe once, but a very nice quick reference. It covers a pretty wide-array of very specific topics, from B12 shots to boost energy to sauna recommendations.

Again didn't really sit there and read this whole book. I did skim over and any topic or question that sounded interesting to me I did read. Again, probably a better reference book.
