This is a wonderful story in series form. I really enjoyed it. I will be honest that I didn’t reread it in the collection so any notes about editing errors may have been corrected.

The Lone Star Ranch - Jodi Walker has kicked off this new series with a bang. Although a new author she manages to bring us well-developed characters, an interesting storyline, humor, romance and conflict, twists and turns. I look forward to the rest of the series.

A Lone Star Christmas - Jodie Walker has continued as she started with an interesting story line, strong characters and strong faith. I really love how they give all the “coincidents” to God’s guidance. They weren’t lucky, they were blessed. I’m looking forward to finding out what happens to this “family”.

A Lone Star Secret - Will Cassidy Clark ever catch a break. Granted a lot of her issues she brings on herself with her lack of trust and need to do everything herself. Lincoln has a lot more patience than I do. This story has romance, humor, family issues, faith and a few surprises, good and bad. I will have to admit to liking the conclusion and look forward to the next book.

A Lone Star Love - It was good to visit again with the families on the Lone Star Ranch. Cassidy can’t seem to get a break. As if having to defend herself by killing her ex-husband wasn’t enough, now she has to deal with questionable land developers trying to grab part of it. Cassidy needs to learn to share her problems and life and to trust again. Lincoln really must love her considering he has stayed around and continued to let her postpone their wedding. A hard lesson Cassidy must learn is pride cometh before a fall. Jodi Walker continues to keep you glued to your book (ereader) to find out how her latest problem will get solved, will Lincoln give up and will Charlie and Riley continue to support Cassidy on the ranch? I’ve really enjoyed this series and love how a strong faith keeps the whole family going.

A Lone Star Reunion - As with the entire series, the author has filled this with poignant moments, danger and plenty of action. You really start to wonder if Cassidy and Lincoln will ever get their truly happily ever after. Well, Miracle Ranch is a truly appropriate name. I loved this story and ending but I have to be honest and say this story has too many editing errors for me to be able to give it 5 stars, but the story is good enough for me to give 4.

Good Christian book

This was truly an awesome book. While there were some edits that were missed, it did not detract from the story. I just read the words that were supposed to be there, lol. Truly enjoyed this series and will read more by this author.

Very earthly

Liked the story. My problem is these people went through so much!! I know that God is able but after awhile it became a little much for me. I liked the story line though as we know that love covers a multitude of sin.

Book review

I enjoyed the five book series. The stories were believable. Plenty of action. However, A little more self reflection by the main character that was not so tiresome to read. It became repetitive. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable read.

Mixed

I liked the basic story but felt the negative attitude the author showed of medical workers and law enforcers was over the top.

needs an editor

The stories were fine; however, they are all in need of an editorial review for grammar and punctuation at minimum. I had to re-read some areas to make sense.
