I actually liked this one but I felt it needed more of Hunter and Sophia. I know she says that there will be another book but maybe this one could’ve been longer. Well either way I’m interested in reading the next one.

Por alguna razón sigo cayendo con esta serie.
No está mal, empezamos con escenas de lo q ocurrió entre las parejas q de los tres libros anteriores: Andrew&Daisy, Drake&Amy y Jacob&Rose; como se conocieron, como se enamoraron, etc. También tenemos escenas con Nathan&Janet y lo q pasó cuando él volvió a su manada, una vez rota la maldición.
Lo siguiente ya ocurre con la nueva Generación crecida y tomando el lugar de sus padres. Hunter - hijo de Nathan&Janet - es el nuevo Alpha de su manada, y va por primera vez a la manada de los Carter para una reunión de Alphas. Todos están muy nerviosos xq, obviamente, se teme una reacción negativa a Hunter x el pasado de Nathan con Emma&Logan.
Y obviamente ocurre lo inesperado: Hunter es el compañero elegido de Sophia, la hija de Logan&Emma y todos están muy enojados pero más bien asustados. Son capítulos un tanto confusos xq surgen muchos personajes nuevos, con la nueva Generación entrando y saliendo de los pensamientos de los demás. Especial mención tenemos de Alex - hermano gemelo de Sophia - y Mason - primo de Sophia, hijo de Andrew&Daisy - son los más recurrentes xq son los que más se oponen a la relación entre Sophia&Hunter x el pasado entre las familias.
Poco a poco las cosas se van calmando, sin embargo. Todos quieren q Sophia sea feliz y como son todos muy buena gente, se impone la decencia de no culpar a Hunter x los pecados de Nathan; además del hecho de q Emma&Logan creen q de verdad Nathan cambió. Así q todos hacen un esfuerzo x llevar la fiesta en paz...hasta q zas!! tenemos un final inesperado y desesperante.
Bien x la trama de suspense y todo lo q implica reconectar todo el pasado con el presente, pero una vez más la historia se vuelve muy lenta y cansada de leer x los continuos POV´s q nos dan la misma escena con una perspectiva diferente.
Y el final abrupto e inconcluso tampoco ayuda. Ahora tengo q leer el siguiente libro o simplemente no voy a dormir.

Of the series, for me personally this one is the hardest to read. I kinda gave up after a few chapters, because of the struggle it was for me to catch up with the story. I red book 1-3 in the 3 days before this book, so the storyline was still fresh on my mind.

This book series is an EXCELLENT reason why I HATE the algorithms on social media. They recommended the previous book via a different app so many times with 2 different scenes. The first scene (in the video words) had a fascinating concept of a rejected mate going to live in the human world and being found. The comment section had the first 3 chapters of the first book in the series. NOTE: they're not the same book. So i finish that book, somewhat enjoying the story, liking the main character, but hating all the spelling, grammar, and proofreading issues in the book, even though EVERY character is too flat. I kept reading, hoping that we'd get to the teaser. Then it didn't come. So I read the next book...and the next book...and the entire 6 book series. By the end, I continue hate reading through the atrocious writing hoping to get to the scene. SPOILER: it's not there. there is no scene where this Luna removes herself to the human world. If you're looking for that, prepare to be disappointed like me. If you're hoping the book series gets more interesting, sorry. This one brings in more magic, but not in any specific or new way.

Me gustó menos que los anteriores, todos los plots fueron muy predecibles, la relación entre Fia y Hunter no me hizo sentir lo mismo que la de Emma y Logan, siento que algo les faltó, no se.

El comienzo tampoco me gustó, podrían haber profundizado mas la historia de amor por sobre todos los adultos teniendo sus parejas. Son muchos personajes nuevos y por momentos estuve perdida.

Pasó la cosa mas obvia del mundo, yo no leo sinopsis generalmente para sorprenderme siempre, pero acá desde la primera página sabía que Hunter y Fia iban a ser mates. Era tan obvio. No lo pude disfrutar igual, no me enganchó como los otros.

Hay muchas palabras repetidas, errores tipográficos y cosas sin sentido. Saber que pude haber dejado todo en el tercer libro es peor, siento que pudo haber sido mucho mejor para mi quedar con ese recuerdo en mi cabeza en lugar de seguir con este libro.

At first the book kind of jumped around from everyone who found their mate and how and when and having kids, etc. then he finally steadied on the story. The twins of Alpha Logan and Luna Emma were 18 and Alexander would be taking over the pack soon. He and his sister Sophia were close, very inseparable. Then it comes for the Alphas’ gathering and that’s when it happens Sophia is mated to the most unexpected Alpha imaginable. But as everyone comes to terms with that and both families come together and express how happy that the two had found each other. All the while Sophia had inherited her mom’s magic but it was both light and dark. As she prepares to leave her pack to move with her mate something awful happens. The book ends with a cliffhanger, can’t wait to read book 5.

Wow...intense

Loved that we got the backstories of all our favorite couples from their meeting to their family and then their children. It was nice to have that information. I love that Sophia (Emma & Logan's) is mated with Nathan & Janet's Hunter! *there is some typo because sometimes she referenced as Janet and then Jenny I dunno.

Anyways Sophia has magic like her mom but she has a darkness that lingers and is not always safe but when she finds her mate she is happy and can't wait to be with Hunter. A stranger comes and jeopardizes everything and now they must all work together to bring her home. Happy Reading!!

Another great book in this series!

Sophia finds her mate in the most unexpected person. There is so much that needs to be worked out between her family and his. Her dark magic keeps trying to take over adding even more problems. You will have to read the book to find out who her mate is and what all happens.

Rushed

I fell in love with the first three books, but this 4th book could not keep my attention for more than the first half. It felt rushed, and was a bit confusing to focus on. A lot of jumping through from where the third book ended through almost 20 years of timeline. Still a good read, once it went to a normal timeline.

That's my one question four books in. I do NOT understand why mumbled is the second most used verb to describe when people talk. Mumbled? Not...ANYTHING ELSE?

storyline

This is a good story. It kept me wanting to read. It did have few errors but nothing that had me wanting to stop reading. I will say this book had more characters and more POV to keep up with.

Why does the blurb of this sound like a forbidden romance and then the forbidden aspect is gone within a chapter? This book was equally cringe but I do think the cliffhanger ending was better than the original trilogy. Still a fucking terrible book, though.

If you've read the first 3 books you don't need to read the rest, the first 3 can be a standalone series. The last books arent as good as the first ones but once you start book 4 you can't stop reading.
This is by no means good writing, but I have to admit this series had me hooked...
