A great book explaining your rights if you were to be charged with a crime, or if the police are harassing you...

Very good review of the criminal law system. For those entering your first or second year of law school, when criminal law and evidence is two courses you'll be taking, this is a good quick tutorial or even a brush up on the matter. Because criminal law and procedure can be very complex at times, this is a good book to read to make sure you aren't breaking any laws either. :)
