She's a five-alarm fire I've no wish to extinguish.
She pushes all my buttons, strikes me in just the right way. From her pale green gaze as she nervously brushes her wavy locks from her face, to the stammer in her flustered responses—I can’t get enough. I brave fires for a living, yet this connection is so flammable, I'm afraid to touch it. Afraid to mess it up. Afraid to get burned.
When destiny has her in need of help, I’m there. She gives me an inch. I’m stealing a mile. Taking her for the ride of our lives.
Only fate has other plans, forcing me to make an impossible life or death decision I’m afraid she can never forgive.

What a sweet story. This story was filled with a long family tradition of being a firefighter, and Reid was no different than the other men in his family. It seemed all the men in the family seemed to have a hard time establishing relationships as well. Reid has been silently courting Daisy for over a year. All he's really done is made the situation more confusing. Luckily when Daisy needs to be rescued Reid's gut tells him to stop and check on her and thankfully he does just that. The rest is swoony right until Mrs. Davis drop kicks us right off a cliff! Splat that's me falling off the cliff! I have voluntarily left this review.
Gahhh!!!! I was sucked in from page 2. You can't help but crave Reid. He's a hot alpha male allllll the way, who just so happens to he a fireman as well. He is ridiculously protective of Daisy, his Wildflower, and it's everything a girl could ask for. This is book 1 of a duet and does end with a cliffhanger. BUT the 2nd book is already out now!
If you’re looking for a heartfelt, quick read that will make you swoon look no further. Reid is seriously the sweetest guy, like a total heartthrob that made my heart flutter and gave me all the heart eyes. I loved how independent Daisy is and how she was willing to come out of her shell for her own happiness.
Wildflower, Wild Duet, Book 1 by D.M. Davis is a very hot but with a slow burn romance that melts your heart, and your undies, as Reid heats up the fire between him and his Wildflower. When two people have had a crush on the other from a far, what takes them finally revealing their feelings to each other? The ending, omg! im glad the next book was out!
Wildflower by D.M. Davis is a swoon worthy, slow burn romance that melts your heart, and your panties, as Reid heats up the fire between him and his Wildflower. Grab this steamy, first responder romance and burn up the pages as you enjoy the heat!!
This is a well written story with wonderful characters. The only problem I have is a cliffhanger ending making me want the second book. I enjoyed this story. I really think you will also. I would encourage you to get this one but be prepared to get the second book
This was just way too rushed and left us with a cliffhanger. Which should have made me jump for the next book, but I didnt. The story went so quickly that I didn't even have time to get invested in the characters to care enough what happens to them.
