I grew up with Jared since I was a kid. For years I've been subjected to his ridicule, and his taunts. I thought I was safe when he drove off to Harvard in his father's birthday gift-a black Maserati. Now he's back and determined to have me. I can't give into his games, no matter how much I want to. And, God, I want to. TRIGGER WARNINGS This series is a dark MFM romance, which means it includes dub-con situations that some readers might find disturbing, group activity, power-play, voyerism and themes.
That was a rough read, it started good and had an interesting story (why 2 stars instead of 1) but then the story dragged and took forever to get through. Then for some reason the main character turns into a villain? And the villain to a protector? Ok it happens but not just because the lines say so. I did not get why they were on the run, kept saying there was this big secret that was going to be revealed- and seriously if that was the big secret I still don’t get why?
And for real it ended with yes the main guy turned villain apologizing to April, but really in beginning he loved her but that somehow turned? And Kyle is the one that set him up. And the biggest- what the heck happened? The story just ends with April leaving because the men are after her, did she make it? Did Kyle make it? Did Brontë get anything?
Cliffhanger at its worst.
Spice, ok yes some group scenes and book is seriously on the brink of after good s8x it’ll turn into love. No thanks.

Honestly.. it took me longer than usual to read because what the fuck was that?!?
It starts off soo damn good would rate it 1000/1000 but the ending? Are u fucking kidding me??
The entire premise of the story is such a new and refreshing one to read. I love the whole under belly vibe going on.
I love that it’s implied April ends up with Kyle and Jared gets smoked cos fuck Jared but so many cliff hangers with Maddie & Calix, April Kyle and the baby. Like someone please tell me there’s a book after where this one ends off because that ending was absolute trash. Also wtf happens with Brontie?!?!?

Indulge in a truly wicked world where none of the guys are good but a bad guy just might save you. Extremely spicy with lots of action and plot twists. I only hope this isn't the end. There should be so much more to come!
I love this author and all her stories. This set is no different except it ends with a massive cliffhanger, no closer, and no next story to finish it off, which is a big disappointment. Though still a great series to read. You will have to get past all the writing errors and 1 misplaced chapter. It seems this is either a completely unedited version or the editor did not do their job what so ever. Again still worth the read because if you have read any of her other books, it mentions the names of major characters in her other series, so they tie in somewhere, just not sure where yet.
The book has potential, but it suffers from numerous spelling and grammar errors that detract from the reading experience. Additionally, the plot feels disjointed; one moment the protagonist is fleeing from a villain in a mansion, and in the next two chapters, she inexplicably finds herself back in the same location. This abrupt switch makes it seem like that chapter was unnecessary. I'm curious if this was her debut novel because I previously enjoyed her "Bloodline" trilogy, which was much more cohesive and well-written.
